I downloaded and entered the game just fine yesterday. Any advice?

Several months of waiting for what amounted to a single 40 min mission, mostly weighted down by trash mobs. I love the story, but its really being stretched thin. Thinking about waiting until next year to play all chapters together en masse

Turn this too low if struggling. I think thats what happened when I reset trees and grass. Helps FPS boost and I dont notice a difference

Running a PC that can play most other games at a good frame rate, but swtor for some reason likes to hop from 60 to 30 to as low as 20 as I quest around. Any advice?

Companions, flirt options/ romance ( sounds weird to confess this, but I find them fun and wish more games had them), story, kotor license, voice acting, and the face animations top notch

Game feels much smoother and less choppy Also the cartel market was a genius plan. EA must be making so much money from it Easy to spend money on coins Looking forwards more quality story and companion conversations would be awesome

The only thing that bugs me is the lower xp gain. Game runs too poorly compared to other mmo's and in general I've grown to like not being tethered to a sub I acknowledge they have improved, but loads are still too long and lag spikes like the dismount lag while my character loads or when too many players gather or when I get to 10 percent health or even level... are a deal breaker.

A year from now i'd like to see haircuts, load time reduction, more mini games, more class quests, more companion interaction, chat bubbles, and more stuff happening in space In addition to this and class balances i'd like to see something significant added to the game. Something as game changing as arena was in burning crusade, dungeon finder in wrath of the lich king, looking for raid of cataclysm or pet battles of mists of pandaria. Right now swtor feels like its really progressing slowly compared to other mmo's and just in general. Hopefully that can change now that the transition to free to play is largely settled.

I think it is. Just wish I waited...first year felt like live beta esp during the transition to free to play.
