I run a Radeon HD 4600 series on max setting with just conversational depth, bloom, and shadows off and I run at 60 FPS.... even with all foliage at max. 4Gb ram on 64 bit Win 7 ult AMD athlon x2 4600+ FIRST Gen dual core.
