  1. This so hard lol And it's not like they are forcing you to buy it. Next you are going to complain because they give too many credits during missions.
  2. I honestly don't know why you are so against this. If they are less than level 10, and haven't played again in over 6 months, it's more likely than not (way more likely btw) that they aren't coming back to this game again. If you have one item, and find another item more interesting, and throw that item out into the trash, and it gets sent to the dumpster, would you really care if some homeless man decided to make that item his. It's not theft if you deny ownership of something. If I decide to give my clothes away to goodwill, and someone else wants the clothes, I couldn't care less if they got the clothes or not. There. That's two hypothetical situations that I just typed out off the top of my head. I know that it's not going to change your mind or anything because you are pretty dead set about which way you think things should go, but I just get satisfaction from proving people like you wrong. Good day.
  3. But all those other examples you just listed would actually unbalance and generally mess up the game-play. All we want is a change of animation.
  4. lol I love how you lost the argument then call me sexist. That's priceless. I bet the first time your boss fired you, you were like "No, you're fired!" Then got escorted out by security while the boss laughed the whole time. If you do not understand that metaphor, I am the boss, and you are the employee whom I just fired.
  5. I actually find it extremely easy to kill Ops, and Scoundrels with my Vanguard. Hit them with a cryo bomb, gut them, turn on ion shied, rifle butt them, ect... and if they try to run, I have a harpoon, and by the time they get out of range and I need to use it, my cryo has finished it's cooldown.
  6. I agree with you on that actually, Bioware doesn't have anything to do with it. It's just a group of terribly bad players that are to blame. As I posted earlier, it's the context that makes people mad, not Bioware.
  7. It can be tough sometimes finding a decent group that knows what it's doing/has done the flashpoint before. If I find I am dying more often than I should be (an occasional death is normal imo) then I just leave and continue doing what I was. I'm almost always queued up for FP's though lol.
  8. That is usually how it goes yea. I also recommend finding a guild. Extremely easy to grind FP's with a guild, compared to random people that may kick you because they don't like your style.
  9. I was mostly referring to the females in history. Even in modern times really. Females are seen as the weaker beings, and are therefore seen as easier targets for murders and rape. But especially in history. Males may not have had it smooth back then, but women back then were in a way deeper boat. I studied, and actually major in history, and I can safely assure you that I know what I am talking about. As for your wars comment. What do you think happened when a country lost a war and got invaded by the enemy? The enemy just lay their weapons down and said "Ok guys, good job, let's go on home now." Nope, I can assure you that the women and children in the occupied country were treated far worse than the men in the actual war. Sex slaves, ect. Just an example, look up the information on the Nanking massacre. Keep in mind that this was a dark time in history anyhow (WW2) but it's still la valid point imo. There are countless other accounts that I could list, but I don't think I can stomach talking about them.
  10. Out of my 6 characters, none of them can craft anything above level 16 mods. I still manage to keep my gear a bit leveled up. Also, don't let one incident soil the whole thing for you. I've lost count of the amount of times I been kicked for not DPSing right. Or not tanking right. Or not healing right. (apparently healing the tank and keeping your other teamates from dying is not how a healer works.) If you have a high enough alt, try running dailies in the Black Hole (I think thats what it's called..) and buy mods or modded armor that way. I highly recommend FP's though if you can't craft or afford to buy mods from the GTN ( I can't do either one of those) as it's a pretty easy way to get moddable gear. And if you don't like the way the gear looks, just rip out the mods. Edit: I also find that mission reward gear isn't good enough to keep you alive, as it doesn't give you gear often enough. Imo at least.
  11. I have to disagree with this EXTREMELY heavily, because it is very, very, very, wrong.
  12. ummm, no. I never said that. I just pointed out that the context at which they say it is extremely annoying.
  13. This is a bit off topic, but I kept getting killed on Tatooine because I was trying to sell loot at the medical droid. It was the enemy medical droid and it had the high level guards around it, but I want paying attention and was very determined to get to that medical droid. I tried like 6 or 7 times.
  14. The easiest way to get rid of a troll is to burn them. Trolls are weak against fire, always remember that. They say, "LOL you can't push past 75k damage LOL" You say, "LOL I have a life man, I'm so sorry that I can't devote the majority of my life to a game." This usually makes them trip up and say something like "I work everyday and pay my own bills" usually with several typos because they don't know how to react to getting burnt (See the susceptible to fire note up top). You can counter this by saying, "It's not normal for a man to wear his parents shoes man..." That's not the strongest trolling, but it's the main gist of it really. You could also ignore them...but who honestly ignores people in this game anymore >.>.
  15. I think the problem here would most likely be your gear. Check to see if your gear is leveled up with your character, or at least a portion of your gear is. I always have underleveled gear on my character, but I always keep a few items at my characters level. Right now on my trooper for example, I have a level 11 generator, and level 15 boots and vambraces. Everything else is in the 20's (my character is level 25) and I'm finding my missions to be fairly easy (I'm also a bit overleveled atm, so I will take that into account as well). When I find my gear is underleveled, I run a few FP's and find it easier to either get gear, or overlevel myself that way, making missions on those planets extremely easy in the long run.
