  1. I can actually help with that. I play a lot of Miralians over on Star Forge, and I would say they had hair color number 8 in character creation/kiosk, which looks like a dark green in a lot of styles, and likely skin tones 3, 7 or 8. They are a lot more yellowy tones, and depending on your settings can make them look much more like say, a tanned human char with green hair and face tattoos. I double checked it in game out of curiosity, those are all baseline looks, not appearance addons in the market. Miralian addons are all additional tattoos, hairstyles and eyecolors, not skin tone or haircolor. At least, not yet. I use those settings on a lot of them actually, because I like them, it's a bit different. Nice to learn there are more of us who like that look, actually, I rarely run into it on other Miralians. One of the reasons I like that species, there's actually a lot of variety if you play with the base settings. That and their social is a nice one, especially for Jedi. It might be a Dark Side corrupted char, but my bet is those settings. I hope that is of some help to you.
  2. Owch. That one I'd put in a ticket for, be polite and to the point, say what server and the deleted character's name if possible, (if you remember it) and they should help.
  3. I have to agree. I killed her off on one trooper, saved her on another to see what happened. Saving her makes little sense from a 'more useful later, but her training' standpoint, she basically has a complete breakdown from the letter, understandably so. I doubt she'd suddenly even want to hit the front lines after that, and if she did, we have a crazy Trooper already, his name is Rusk. Do we really need another? Now, Balkar? That might be interesting. I can see him coming back into the story. Better him than that twit Theron. He at least seemed competent at his job, we could use more of those.
  4. Yeah, you'll need to buy a character token for a start at 60 or 65 character. The GTN on your server or the Cartel Market for those. Might be pricey, fair warning. But, if I can give you some advice? I wouldn't bother. You won't be able to go back and do the class story, and they come with things like their alignment already set, I think Imps are always Dark Side, Reps Light Side? I think so, and story options are decided already. Plus I think they assign crew skills also. You might be better off leveling a character, especially if you are a new player. Enjoy the ride, learn the class, pick crew skills as you want for your character. You don't have to rush. I have tokens they gave me free ages ago on my account, haven't used any because I like the journey leveling.
  5. Do you mean with a token to get a level boosted character? Those I think you have to buy, I don't know if they offer them with new subs.
  6. You can change that to a certain extent with the layout settings. Ah-there are some walkthroughs around the net, but when you are in Edit mode, there is a layout button, it will give you some options for alternate hook layouts. If you already have decos on the hooks in that space, it will ask you to ok picking them back up and putting them into your available decos again.
  7. I only had time to look at the Nar Shaddaa vid, and I like what you did with the place! Lots of attention to detail, I liked it. Definitely showed how much you can do with the less expensive decos mixed with the pricier items, the rooms looked welcoming and comfortable, and that's important. I liked the little specimen room with the hanging eggs, that was a cool touch. I think you did a really nice job. Also, I am also a big Lindsey Stirling fan, many points for your excellent taste in music.
  8. There are two ways around that, if I may. There is a room with a large force field on the first floor, that looks like a garage? Or the pad on the balcony. What I did was put in a Starship deco. They're fighters, fit on large hooks, but I just go with 'private shuttle to my ship/quick escape route' RP wise. I have an Imperial one parked on my DK balcony and a Republic one in my Rep side apartment's garage. Not exactly a proper ship, but a doable alternative. You can put them in other rooms, sure, but I wanted to give a realistic possibility of using them. I can see why they didn't add a starship pad on the Planetary Capitals, since you have a perfectly good Spaceport and I would imagine Traffic Control would not favor Starships landing at private homes. Even on DK, I would think they'd prefer not to have Sith buzzing the buildings. The actual starships I just put in my larger SH's. But if you want a ship, that might be a solid alternative.
  9. I think I can help here. Legendary status means you have finished all eight class stories. That means chapter three (Vanillia story) on all classes, imperial and Republic. So that's just a matter of patience to earn. The decoration on portraits? That is called flair, there are a few ways to earn them. Some of the recent packs offer flair designs, you can buy those on the GTN or be lucky in a pack. Legendary players get a flair for all characters in their legacy, and command ranks post level 70 grant them for characters working through command ranks. Rank, 1, Rank 2, and Rank 3, they have a diamond with roman numerals, and are just for that character. I think those are it atm? Hope that helps!
  10. Well, there are a few ways to brighten it up. Plants, using zakuul themed furniture or Jedi themed, they tend to be brighter. Voss furniture (wood and fabric), lots of artworks. There are carpets that are not black and red. A pretty set of artwork is available on the cartel market ah-the Arselin Masterpieces, I think it's called. They go on sale fairly regularly. The Life Day decos are very cheerful, I don't know if any are available this time of year but it's possible. Big fan of the fireplace from last year myself. Some of these might be hard to obtain but they are out there. Look around Tor Decorating, visit Strongholds and tour, lots of ideas there. Good luck http://tord.mmo-fashion.com/
  11. Nah, not stupid. You can have multiple filters on, just click them. I recommend you also click the 'show exploration missions' button under the filters, a lot of side quests won't pop up if that isn't clicked. I hope that helps.
  12. I have a serious outfit obsession myself, and the posters above me are right, that's how I do it. Legacy storage is a bit different, if you or your guild have a stronghold or flagship, you can access Legacy Storage. They're gold colored cargo bays that you 'share' between characters on your Legacy. One can put something in, and an alt can remove it or use it. Very handy. Not credits or anything bound, but legacy items and mats and things can go in them and it makes it easy to share things. I believe you get one free if you do the intro to strongholds quest and buy a stronghold. The Capital world apartments are not that expensive to start with, and doing the intro quest will give you a selection of basic decorations and some useful items to get started. You can pick those up on fleet in the stronghold area or on the capitals, just look for a holostatue with a quest marker over it. Buy a stronghold, go visit it, and you'll get a quest complete and some mails with items. I hope that helps.
  13. You don't have to do the initial chain on both factions. Since the parts require a low level character on each faction to find (one on each capital planet) once you complete the chain and earn him you just need to pay for alts to get an HK-51. Doesn't matter what faction they are, it's a Legacy wide unlock letting you access him. There are two HK unlock buttons under legacy perks, the faction appropriate one will be active. Just do it once, and then pay the coins or credits for him for the rest of your legacy. There's an excellent guide on Dulfy that handles this better than I can. http://dulfy.net/2012/10/11/swtor-patch-1-5the-hunt-for-hk-51companion-droid/ I hope that clears things up.
  14. Rishi? Honestly, no thanks. I have a large sh with poorly placed hooks already on Yavin. The thought of some reject post apocalyptic ewok village looking den of hard to decorate 'rooms' with centerpiece hooks or worse, starship ones, does not tickle me. Another big empty yard and bad hook layouts with a beach you likely couldn't access anyways even if one was 'nearby'? Not to mention I can see the clipping issues now with things 'falling through' the floors or simply not fitting if they try some giant treehouse nonsense. I doubt they'd do a decent layout, and that means I do not want one. Tat's bad enough from a hook location standpoint, Yavin is worse. I do not think Rishi would be better.
