  1. Translation, "We don't give a rats *** about you. Thanks for your money, even though we haven't provided what we said we would and couldn't have been bothered to talk to you for weeks about this issue hoping you'll go away. Too bad, so sad, ha ha, bye bye." Sad to watch what started as a great company years ago degrade to this bait and switch treatment for paying customers. I've been a subscriber since beta and had been on the fence about whether or not to stay after being let down by this latest expansion. If the lackluster, bug filled play wasn't enough to push me out the door, your craptastic business practices and poor treatment of paying customers did the job. I won't be renewing my sub and I'm done with Biofail and any other future games you publish.
  2. I'm just waiting for Biofail to lock and close this thread because it's obvious they don't care and aren't going to do anything about this. I'm surprised they've let it go this long.
  3. Still no email. The silence from Bioware/EA is deafening. All they care about is advertising a benefit, whether or not we receive it apparently is unimportant. At least try to give the appearance of giving a damn Bioware/EA. I've had the Opt in box for email marked since Beta/Launch and have received your ads and monthly subscriber Coin grant emails for years. But now there's no reason to leave it checked since apparently it's not good for anything but spam and you have no intention of fulfilling your commitment or caring what your players think. I understand that sometimes there will be issues, but it's how you handle those issues Bioware/EA that make a difference. Total fail on handling this promotion and the lack of follow through. No wonder EA has been voted the "Worst company in America," two years in a row. Maybe it's time to add a third year?
  4. So the second wave of email still didn't get everybody and Bioware/EA still have nothing to say? I didn't expect much over the weekend, but now that it's Monday and you're back in the office I had hoped for at least a "we're looking into it." This has got to be the worst follow through on a promotion I've ever seen.
  5. Still in the no email boat. Not in the spam folder either. As promotions go, this ones been badly thought out and implemented Bioware.
  6. Add this account to the list of not receiving the email. Checked my trash and spam and not there either. Shouldn't be too hard to see the codes that haven't been used to send a new email or figure out a more reliable way of giving out benefits you advertise for paid subscribers. And for the instances of people deleting the email, maybe the code shouldn't have been buried at the bottom of something that looks the regular spam advertisement. Nothing else given out for subscriber rewards has ever needed a code. Any reason it couldn't have been handled the way regular monthly coin grant is? No codes for that.
  7. ^^ This ^^. Nothing here that warranted a pre-announcement to watch the livestream for a "big announcement for subscribers".
  8. Same problem here on my Sith Warrior. Submitted a help ticket yesterday, but now my help window is also bugged and stuck on "Updating" so I can't even view the status of my help ticket. This is just plain stupid.
  9. Maybe I'm wrong, but it seems like KOFTE has way more bugs and issues than the previous expansions. Moving the Customer Service forum to EA hasn't brought any more customer service to the bugs. It just hides them farther away. If this was a paid expansion I'd be pissed right now. Seriously not a good way bring back unsubbed players Bioware. And if I was a new subscriber, I'd already be rethinking that subscription. One step forward, two steps back.
  10. Same problem here. So much for server status being up if they're dropping players and not letting them back in.
  11. Don't worry, I'm sure it'll show up on the Cartel Market for a price. Nothing like taking something you could earn and making you pay for it.
  12. This^^^ It's kind of stupid to have a Bounty Hunter with a useless pistol/carbine. If you wanted to reduce the damage fine, but removing the ability altogether without any kind of replacement ablilty? Just stupid. Solo PVE is pretty boring without it. It's not just about doing DPS and Tanking. The Star Warsy experience isn't waving your Jedi hand over the pistol and saying "this is not the blaster you are looking for." Just plain stupid.
  13. Yea like maybe turning the switch back on? I'm sorry but at the speed Bioware has been fixing things since 3.0 it'll be weeks and several patches later before diagnosing what caused the crash, let alone fixing it. It's not like you haven't left the server up with other bugs.
  14. I'll third this one. Dialed me right in for 3.0.
