Are you sure you cant buy of gtn? Only thing I saw is you can buy of cartel market, and as far as I know all cartel marketIitems can be auctioned off on gtn.

Well if u are subbed use your grant to help move stuff. Or just buy server transfers of the gtn a legacy move will not be comming if it all soon. I think they are offering packs of xfers tho
