Just wondering my old gaming laptop died and I just got a brand new gaming rig just wondering is their anything I need to continue where I left off last time I played their was talk of this new expansion coming out and if I stayed as a member I would have gotten it for free or something but I did not stay subbed both months because my other laptop ran like crap with this game so anyone got any info I might need or am I good to go when I get my rig up and running?

Yea this is their main problem and they wonder why the games not taking off, back when they fixed these issues when the game came out over half the base canceled, but after they fixed the issues the player base started to rise again slowly, but then they offer the free to play and many people hit the game and it seems like their going to make a even faster come back, but apparently history taught them nothing what they should have done was taken computers of many types and of all price types since not everyone is running a Nvidia or ATI and their not all high end. One thing mythic did was to have their test server set up so people could create a character and auto roll it to level 50, you could do many things on the test server but the thing is it did the best was made it so that the actual player base could test the updates not just Devs with computers that run high end pc's that can handle it especially when they're all the same. Mythic also was very in touch with their play base by interacting and posting on the forums to the players. They also picked dedicated players to be what were called Class/Team Leader's so each Class and for this game it would need to be at least 3 leaders to represent each of the talent tree's these players would post a monthly newsletter and talk about pvp/pve balance issues if any were present there was also team leaders the represent other things such as pvp focus and other issues. Considering EA Purchased Mythic along with Bioware and then combined the two and removed some people but basically dissolved Mythic into the new Bioware I would hope they would be able to understand some of the good things that made DAoC a top contender back when it was one of the best ever MMO Game ever there has been no game yet to be able to duplicate its success when it comes to pvp to being able to have over mind you this was back when MMO's where called MUD's. All I'm saying if you appointed some dedicated players to beta test for you that have avarge pc's not top ends and hell and some low and end and have their goal simply to report issues like the ones you dumped on long time paying customers my self. The Game was great and you screwed it up... Fix it! Also how about getting some long time players 3 each to represent each Class and the 3 people would be for the 3 diffrent talent tree's. So you can make sure each class is playable. Also this would gage companion issues should they arise. But please please fix the goddamn game!

/sign p.s the game was running great for me, all i could have asked for was for was simply game content I got to the point that I actually was able to make the game run at full settings, if anything edit the options so we can turn the games graphics to the point prior to whatever you did to the game at 1.4 I really don't feel like canceling my account again when I waited so long for the game to become playable then I was able to do something to maximise the games effeciency but then came 1.4 and now I got to drop my settings and still many things are not right such as during quest the animation such as when the person is talking it lags behind the voice by less than a second yea I know not a big thing but it takes from the experience. I also get lag with my lowered setting that I should not its like shuttering. I also can't tell if its me but it seems that the animation has changed because the way I see a characters teeth something just looks diffrent. I wonder if this problem has something to do with AMD/ATI not working with the game engine but obviously somethings broke again I understood when the game launched but when you fix the in game issues you don't release a patch that goes back & simple breaks what was once fixed for many of the core players. Also just to note many people are having these problems but are not on the forums its talked about in the game allot many just try to deal with it until its fixed but I'm the type if it does not run smooth then I simply will wait until its fixed and won't play... Though if it take long enough I will cancel my account and try back during a free play event if I decide to try it again.

This is still a problem on that planet with all characters on my Marauder.... They should get around fixing this its as if the companion was removed it should especially work considering I just got Lieutenant Pierce and it sends me their so Obviously i'm thinking he will be getting some point but nope he gets stuck at what I received him at even after doing all the quest.... this is Including my class quest its almost like they forgot to add it because allot of the answer are geared to my new companions liking or disliking. Come on Bioware/Mythic/EA/ Whatever you want to be called this game now runs great and I love it but you got to fix this, sadly for me I guess I won't ever get the credit though eh.. With some expanding and getting people to notice that the game runs smooth now unlike launch this could easly be the best MMO in the market especially when I hope you take a note from Dark Ages of Camelot and add some open areas for pvp over bases and resources and more. Open world pvp has endless possibilities in SWTOR! It has revolutionised questing and I won't accept anything less from other games. Text questing just feels like I'm back playing on an Atari or something lol!

yea I really wanted to spend even more money on knick knacks and a book. I'm just stating the Deluxe should be the digital version of collectors. Since We dont even get the DVD to the game or that super cool knick knack lol! It was basically a waste unless they add something, especially the VIP Ring.

This is really stupid I payed more money for the game and I did not get the collectors because I did not need the fancy material that comes with it and Id rather just download it. I believe their should be first more to the VIP launch even for the people who pay the ridicules amount of in game cash for the privileged to just go up to the VIP area as for collectors addiction being able to be the only person to use the merchant, I believe it should be open to both people who payed extra for the digital deluxe and the collectors since they actually got material for paying the extra money but the digital deluxe basicly got screwed because we can't buy anything from the VIP area. Also whats the point of making people pay for a vip ring if they don't get a single thing up their other then the same stuff you see in every other Cantina. I really don't think their should be much of a different privileged from the collectors to the digital deluxe since the collectors addition came with actual out of game objects. Currently the Digital customers who payed extra only got a speeder and a crystal out the deal the rest is pretty much junk. So I suggest allow both to have access to the collectors merchant and also add some stuff for the people who are non collectors or deluxe holders so its not pointless to pay the amount of money asked for the VIP wring so their should be merchants for everyone or at least extra content of some kinda not just a dancing band thats able to be seen in other areas of the game. Also what happen to drinks? one prehaps you can share with your companion and chairs u can sit at? considering to get anything from the bar you must be level 40 that's a joke, Sorry! The Digital deluxe should have been basicly the download version of collectors with out the material the comes with the actual deluxe but both should have had just about the same quality's. Well that's my first rant, please add content to the VIP area or just let everyone enter it because its pure bs atm. P.S Companions get stuck & cant get down 90% of the time unless they fall.
