  1. I loved season 4! It's true that the first few episodes were harder to get the jokes, but the second time through season 4 makes everything funnier. It's absolutely an issue that the cast wasn't together as much, but the story they tell makes sense with everyone scattered, and if our other option was this or no Arrested Development, this is far and away the better choice. The producers did say Season 5, if it were to happen, would not be done in this fashion, but would be done if and when the actors could be assembled for a more traditional AD season. Great Show!
  2. I played the FFXIV beta this past weekend and really enjoyed my experience there, and the feeling was generally positive on the servers which is indeed a stark contrast to the original launch of FFXIV. I also agree that a great time this weekend doesn't mean the game will be all we want it to be, it just means that possibility hasn't been ruled out yet. For me, I ordered the game and will likely spend more time in Eorzea than TOR over the coming months, but I'm the type of player that really likes to go back and forth between two different MMOs. And like most people, it seems, I agree a subscription model MMO provides a better player experience. TOR isn't bad though, and does many many things right. Good discussion on this thread! I enjoyed reading.
  3. Thank you devs so much for the new chicken dance! GOB RULEZ!
  4. I know this is an older thread, but I was trying to find some sort of thread with Arsmetch crafting issues on it to add the issue with the Basic Comm Schematics. Armstech schematics available with basic comms create off-hand weapons that, unlike every other schematic available for basic comms, make items that bind on pickup. This means that you cannot sell or trade these offhand items. These same off-hand weapons can be purchased for cheaper from the regular basic comm vendor and you don't need the mats (including the pricey isotope-5) to make it. Obviously these schematics are worthless until they make items that are BOE not BOP. I wasted 150 comms on one because I didn't read the fine print. I'd already purchased schematics on other toons (my biochemist) and was able to make tradable items, so I didn't know until it was too late. This shouldn't be too hard to fix, although the value on the items these schematics make isn't near what it was when 2.0 launched.
  5. Hey everyone! The Sanguine Phoenix would like to get to know you! We're a guild of mostly adult players on Bergeren Colony. Our philosophy is fun first and foremost and we maintain a respect and relaxed guild atmosphere. We got our start when the leaders of our old guild, the Sanguine Legion, went inactive. There were several of us left and instead of drifting apart, we've become reborn as the bloody phoenix as we call it affectionately at times. We enjoy RP, PvP, and are building end game OPS teams as well. We typically grow by who we enjoy playing with and tend to not force guildies to take part in any one activity, but rather provide opportunities for whatever pursuits interest them in the galaxy of TOR. We have a website, a voice server, we maintain an RP channel for social RPing in guild, an imp side guild (Sanguine Empire), active leadership, weekly contests and events, etc. We are looking for players of all levels, no matter how long you've been in the game or not. We were all new at one point and we believe a healthy guild has a good mix of elders and new players. Our only real concern is that you fit with our culture and are respectful. We are looking to stay drama-free, trust me! Please visit our website, sanguinphx.enjin.com, or whisper one of our leaders in-game (V'os, Aridorn, Gra'de) to join. I will check this thread for responses as well, but you will receive a much quicker response via the website or in-game. Thank you for your time and have fun!

  7. I don't know if anyone else has said it, but personalizing your star ship would make it more like a home and make going into other people's ships, inviting them onto your own more unique and interesting. A theme would be a good start, but the ability to buy furniture and decorate rooms would be an awesome way to really make my piece of the galaxy feel like my piece of the galaxy. I'd also like to see a guild bank access for my star ship.
  8. What about adding a fourth crew skill for players who've reached 400 on all others? It could be a legacy/Cartel Coin unlock to share with all your toons. I'm not sure if this would cause problems or has been shot down in the past, but thought it was worth mentioning.
  9. I just want to jump in with everyone saying this is an excellent idea! Please add a legacy bank!
  10. The login may be fixed, but I subscribed during this hiccup (would have waited if I'd known there was an issue) and the subscription status has not been credited to my account for several hours now. I believe several other people are having issues with Cartel Coin purchases and subscriptions.
