Seeing as no one can be legend yet, my assumption is that it's for the new dye kit on the CZ198 rep vendor, plus whatever other colors they will add in the future for crafting (One assumes with black blue just being added, black red won't be far behind).

The only other thing besides grav round that makes that sound is the damage proc relics. Obviously that wouldn't be what killed you for 16k damage though.

I thought the ending to ME3 was a decent way to end Shepard's story. Was a little upset that there wasn't more to see regarding the War Assets, but overall, I was fine with it.

RotHC's new string of daily quests, you need to be in the mid 50's to get them as well as having the macrobinoculars and seeker droid from Makeb/DK.

It doesn't help that you're playing one of the most underpowered classes atm. Plus 1v1 against someone who has strong self healing capabilities vs. vanguards' 1 ...... slightly useful healing ability, shouldn't be too disparaged.

I like that this topic doesn't have a bioware response icon, so that the pvper's will hopefully not notice it and all immediately unsub.

1) Currently, all conqueror quality shield generators are unpurchase-able as they require an undefined item to purchase in addition to the ranked commendations (obviously supposed to be the partisan shield generator). 2) The Republic version of the 15 stack debuff (Force Suppression) in the balance tree is removable via purge, but the sorceror version (Deathmark) is not, I'm not sure which one is supposed to be correct, but I'll let you guys work that out. If I find more, I will try to add them in a timely manner.
