I don't know if you've noticed Bioware, but there isn't much "discussing" going on here, seems to be a asz-load of people "agreeing" on this matter, but yeah you can go shut down a thread and still not respond to this one???? We refuse to "pay" for transfers in the future, so I really hope you are not banking on that. Why the "F" would I pay you money for that service after being treated like this??? You must be on crack rock over there in Austin. WTB a BW Response please! Thank you in advance.

We only chose RP server for the hope of a more mature community, so we would have been overly happy to have the option of a "West coast" server to transfer to, instead we only got the option to go to a server that trippled our latency, unacceptable. The point is, by only being given ONE option to transfer to, we were all basically "force merged". Unacceptable. If you are happy with your situation, that's super, however there are plenty who are not, and the lack of not only support from Bioware, but the outright ignoring of our concerns is disheartening and kinda scumbaggy of them. Why the "F'" would I pay this company more money to transfer to the server desired after being treated this way? I know I won't, my guild has unsubbed over it and refuse to resub until they fix this.

All servers ARE NOT in one location (http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=36811), that is just rumors being blown out of proportion to fit the needs of people that for some reason believe that lag does not exist and effect gameplay. So can we stop continuing to quote that nonsense please. OH, AND BIOWARE, MAY WE PLEASE HAVE A RESPONSE TO THIS THREAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?
  8. Another day, still no response. Bioware customer service = FAIL. We'll Guild Wars 2 is launching 8/28/12, so since this company gives a rats asz about us....I guess I'll go see how the GW2 people handle things and give them my money instead.
  9. So we should just give up then? Never. Bioware is in a lose lose situation rn over this. By not offering a comparitave west coast server location they have pissed off, what might be small, but still a group of paying players. Now they choose to ignore the thread they told us to create, further aggrivating us. Most of us have unsubbed. We would gladly come back to play if they would allow us to transfer to a west coast server. However, seeing as how I bought CE edition and have been playing day in and day out since release, have all 16m content on farm (excluding nightmare which came out yesterday), 3 level 50's and a 44, 30, and two 14's...we refuse to pay for for each character to be transferred. So it comes down to whether or not BW will do the right thing to keep us as customers. It isn't like there aren't other games out there, but sad to be forced to leave a game we all really enjoy playing. Most people just roll over and take it, we will not.

Yeah it is disappointing, and disturbing that they had a generalized "wait here patiently and rot" email sent out to us, and even told us to post here.....and then just ignore it and don't respond to the thread. On a side note, nice to see that BW managed to put out another buggy fail patch. Maybe you wouldn't have all these LFG tool problems if you let people test it properly, oh wait that's right, you responded to my bug reports that it was broken on the PTS with, "we are actively looking into it", and then proceeded to cause me not to get the second of the two titles because it was broken for 5 straight days, and no one logged in after that so no que popped, gg BW gg. Three guildies sitting on PTS 5 days in a row in que (as tank/healer/dps) for 1-2+hours while talking to people on the fleet and talking to multiple people (single dps que's which should have popped a group...) just as frustrated; well working as intended time to release! Guess it will be even longer until we see a response because like usual they have to patch the patch, ROFL!!!!
  11. I think I know what you are implying, but on the other hand you don't make sense. To Bioware: This thread will not go away and will be bumped everyday (maybe even multiple times a day O.o) until my paid gametime runs out or you actually respond to and fix the problem, thereby earning our subscriptions back. The choice is yours...

  13. Bioware...Now that patch 1.3 is released, and your first phase of transfers is complete...may we please have a "legitimate" response to this thread and your terrible decisions? I cant imagine what could possibly be taking up all of your time as to not be able to at least respond to this thread.

Our operative healers come in around 1900-2100 HPS their average heal is 3500 and crit for 6-7k I play a sorc healer and sit around 23oo-2500 HPS my average heal is 3800 and crit for 6500-7k Our merc healer sits around 2000-2200 HPS his average is 3500 and crits for about 6500 ***We are mostly all in campaign gear, and that is with only augments in our mainhand weapons, I still use the Rakata earpice because the campaign and black hole one has **** stats.
