OK this is just annoying when you are sending a mail message and you are attaching items you to send to another person you get the message that keeps popping up saying "Mailing Underworld's Blaster Pistol MK-1 will prevent it from being traded to other eligible characters. Proceed?" There is no way to suppress this either and no options in the preferences either from what I can see. The message is actually in correct the items that I am mailing are "Bind on Equip" (BOE) and can be mailed. I can also confirm that the items are not bound and are tradeable once you mail them to another character. You get this warning though on every item you try and attach an item and it is annoying as hell! So why are we getting this message when you send an in game mail with attachments of items that are BOE. We shouldn't be getting this message I believe that this is a bug with the in game mail system can some one please fix this bug. This has been ongoing now for some time but I am reporting this to you on September 3 2017 at about 9:51 PM MST (GMT-0700) A screenshot can be seen at https://imgur.com/a/H4h9G I have submitted this via a /bug report in game as well this issue has been going on for quite a while now and it seems that Bioware / EA doesn't seem to want to fix it.
  2. See it is working now it isn't anything on my side it is on their network. The quality of the network for this game has gone way down and is slow even while in game at times. I do not believe that this is bitraider at all. I believe that it has to do with EA / Bioware and their servers or the route that it has to take to get to their server.
  3. Well I was in the game earlier today and was playing no problem it is now September 1 2017 at about 7:30 PM MST (GMT-0700) and I am getting the same error again as I was getting earlier. "This application has encountered an unspecified error. Please try this patch again." The same thing as earlier. really when are you going to fix this launcher so it works properly! And I tried what was said here didn't work!

  5. Ok so this morning I went to launch the game (September 1 2017) and I log into the game and then I get the following error message "This application has encountered an unspecified error. Please try this patch again" I have already tried rebooting the machine and nothing. And yes I am running the launcher as admin as well. Please fix this!   8. If you know it is a 3rd party program then why post it on the forums here there is nothing that EA / Bioware can do to fix this. What version of Starparse are you even using you never even included that information in your post. Is it possible you are using an older version of Starparse. Since the release of patch 5.4 in the Vetern Flashpoint Hammer Station isn't dropping any of the Refined Isotope Stabilizers off of the bosses. https://torcommunity.com/database/item/0uHfKWB/refined+istotope+stabilizer/ These are a tier 2 exotic crafting material and are used for many different Enchancements and Mods. Artifice Items, Weapons, Armor etc. There is no mention in the 5.4 patch notes that there was going to be any kind of a change to these. Prior to the 5.4 patch this morning they would drop off each one of the bosses in the flash point.. now they are just totally gone and the only thing the bosses are giving out are the CXP packs. Can some one please look into this I do believe that this is a bug as your 5.4 patch notes make absolutely no mention of any change that the Vetern Flashpoints would stop dropping these Refined Isotope Stabilizers. Ok what the heck is going on it is July 26 2017 at about 6:45 PM MST right now and I went to log into the game and it comes up to the server select screen with a error message saying "Unable to retrieve server list. Please follow the help center bellow for more information. If this problem persists, the game client will now be closed." My characters on The Harbringer server (Republic) all of my characters are on one server. Now I was on the game just before dinner I logged off and went to go for dinner and came back and it is now doing this. There is no problems on my end the same thing happened last night as well in the evening hours so what is happening with your servers? This isn't an issue on my side at all my connection is working perfectly this is most definately something server side on your end Bioware. It only seems to happen in the evening hours so why don't you have enough servers to handlie the load. I said I have been getting this now for the past 2 nights on July 25 and July 26 now in the evening hours only. Please look into this and fix this problem immeditely. Corrected an issue where Companions were not receiving Influence when being sent on a Crew Skill Mission. Powertech Advanced Prototype Prototype Missile Silos no longer increases the damage dealt by Deadly Onslaught (down from 10%), reduces Deadly Onslaught's cooldown by 5 seconds (down from 15 seconds), and makes Shatter Slug deal 25% more damage (down from 50%) – all other effects remain unchanged. Vanguard Tactics Grenadiership no longer increases the damage dealt by Artillery Blitz (down from 10%), reduces Artillery Blitz's cooldown by 5 seconds (down from 15 seconds), and makes Flak Shell deal 25% more damage (down from 50%) – all other effects remain unchanged. Multiple Stronghold Decorations which are not currently available in-game have been hidden from the Decorations UI.

Come on really a patch on a Thursday why couldn't this just wait until Tuesday of next week I want to PLAY I don't pay my subscription for the servers to be down all the time and not able to get in when I want to play! This is absolutely unacceptable! Why is EA / Bioware not testing out these new patches better on Private Test Servers "PTS" I mean come on if this patch had of properly been tested then they definately would have caught the fact that the operations were not working in Group Finder. along with some of these othe pretty major flaws which seemed to have been missed. If you come back and say to me Eric that these patches are being tested then my response to you will be to fire your lead tester because obviously they are not doing their job. This is absolutely horrible to roll out a patch like this. Who ever is supposed to be testing these patches obviously are not.. A company the caliber of EA Games knows how to make games and this isn't their first time doing it. So Why are so many bugs cropping up and why are you not taking your time to properly test these patches prior to them being released. This patch that you just rolled out was nothing short of a "cluster ****". And by the sounds of it the patch you are releasing today isn't really all that tested yet either. I would rather hold back and get properly tested releases than get this mess that you just rolled out for 5.3. Stop rushing everything and properly test things!
