Hey there. On my sorcerer, the talent in lightning that reduces force cost by 75% for 2 direct damage abilities seems to now last until the timer counts down -despite many, many direct damage casts- , and also applies to ALL force abilities. Everything (including heals) I cast costs 25% of the full cost. In PvP I can literally spam heal myself back up to full with my 1.5 sec heal, and get back in the fight with the reduced cost buff still up.
While I'm fairly certain it's a bug, the same bug doesn't exist for sages. On my sage, the buff is gone after 2 direct damage casts (as intended), and does not reduce the cost of heals. This is a huge imbalance between the two classes, especially in PvP. On my sorcerer i was able to kill fast AND keep teammates alive very easily.
I hope this gets addressed very soon.
