    Yes but out of all that damage, how many kills did you actually have? At or below everyone else I'd assume. Being able to spam affliction on everyone is a nice damage booster on the chart, but you aren't going to kill anyone solely with DoT's. I ran 30/16 for 2 days, Lightning is still better over all. Our tree was tweaked so that major synergy revolved around using Thundering Blast, and the alacrity ability on a shorter cool down. Without those, you're gimping yourself. Lightning is the only tree the sorcerer has that has allowed me to melt non-tanks in less than 5-6 seconds. That's crucial when PvP'ing benefits completely from being able to kill a player before they have sufficient time to react.
  7. Playing on The Bastion from the Mid West. Lag last night was terrible. PvP was a nightmare. 100% health on fight engage, lag, lag, 5% health, force barrier, dead, rinse, repeat. It's been like this all week. The fact that Bioware is denying that there are lag issues makes the problem all the more irritating...
  8. So true. A prime example is how for the past several weeks I've been hearing Powertechs/Vanguards crying about how bad they were nerfed. I consider myself a pretty decent PvPer (dps sorc), and last night a PT was in the top 2 of damage done for 6 games in a row (I personally got rolled by him a couple of times).

  10. Hey there. On my sorcerer, the talent in lightning that reduces force cost by 75% for 2 direct damage abilities seems to now last until the timer counts down -despite many, many direct damage casts- , and also applies to ALL force abilities. Everything (including heals) I cast costs 25% of the full cost. In PvP I can literally spam heal myself back up to full with my 1.5 sec heal, and get back in the fight with the reduced cost buff still up. While I'm fairly certain it's a bug, the same bug doesn't exist for sages. On my sage, the buff is gone after 2 direct damage casts (as intended), and does not reduce the cost of heals. This is a huge imbalance between the two classes, especially in PvP. On my sorcerer i was able to kill fast AND keep teammates alive very easily. I hope this gets addressed very soon.
  11. Is it still available through the Cartel Market (through packs maybe)? I only see them on the GTN now, and I don't have the credits to pay 2+ million credits just for a chest piece.
