when you get down towards the end you just have to interrupt him and he . goes down nicely after you take away his one shot move

So i have had about 3 different problems with the game. I haveb een able to play the game twice, but after a problem I was told to reinstall the game and now i have downloaded all of the patches but they wont install. I have been sitting at 0% for about two days now. Any ideas?
