Hey everyone, TcThief here. It is nice to see some of you share the same frustrations that I have communicated in the stream. Believe me, it pains me to leave this game. I have spent more than a couple of thousand dollars, not to mention the personal relationships I will be severing by leaving. Some of my best friends play and have left and I will ultimately lose contact with them. It really sucks because I love this game so much. But I have reached a point where I am going to let my wallet do the talking. The talking being, It is not acceptable to go 2.5 years with no operations. It is not acceptable to have closed PTS testing and not have legitimate testers testing content to ensure things like reflect don't sway the balance of the game unreasonably. It is not acceptable to break promises. It is not acceptable to have game breaking bugs upon releases of expansions. It is not acceptable to cator to one minority of your audience and IGNORE everyone else. And most of all in is not acceptable to keep your gambase in the dark and not put out information about future content but keep them strung out with the possibility of a live-stream announcement of future ops. I refuse to do this any longer. Like I said I make this decision with a heavy heart because I love this game. But the devs moral and ethical compass is way off. I refuse to let them dig their hands deeper in my pockets with no legitimate statement of the possibility of new 8 and 16 man group content. I have been playing battlefield and I love it. Game was released and the did a hot fix on balance a month after release. The devs at swtor have kind of damaged me because now I approach every game with skeptism and it is unreasonable to do this. Anyways hit me up. I might come back. Might not. Wow that told us ABSOLUTELY nothing, as always!

It is up to us to make SWTOR and BW hear our voices. Ill probably get banned from the forums for this or the post deleted because they just sweep everything under the rug here and pretend there is never issues. But I can be silent no more. BW promised that they would never go a year again without releasing new operations. A commitment that they have failed to live up to. I have been a faithful sub and an consistant streamer for years now. I'm tired of this. This 15min of story a month for the next year model is garbage. Your metrixes are garbage. You are losing subs left and right for what. Get it together and make this game what it once was. You have a had some brilliant ideas lately that made the game better but they are all in vain due to the lack of group content. The UI editor looks amazing. But what does it matter because there is no ops. I could go on but I'm tired of harping on it. They did a podcast for you. Hopefully you listen. People are pissed. Glad to see that the devs and community managers are still punctual with replying to whats left of the raiding community. Don't worry guys pretty soon, whats left of us will quit so you can worry about more important things like playing dress up on the fleet, pets, and this amazing story you gave us /Kappa.

Because that is what this is about man. Helping others out. Helping others get the kill. I'm glad you guys killed it. I knew you were close and it was attainable with that group. Grats to you. I think the major problem with this game is that people have a fantasy vision of them selves being awesome players in reality the parse logs will say different. And when called out to pick of the slack they get thoroughly offended because it does not align with their perception of themselves in the game. I AM NOT AN AWESOME PLAYER by no means as I am clearly told this by those better that me to do better. Yolo, Bat, Catlike thief. All these players I strive to be as good as. I would consider myself to be an average player at many classes. But my saving grace is i play many classes and have a relentlessness drive do be better and to learn something new about the game each day. I have always wondered why it is OK to call a tank out for losing aggro, call the healers out for letting someone die but the minute you say something about someones DPS they have a fit and its like you just trample their moms grave. I'll admit, I may be abrasive at times, its what 17 years in the Army has done to me, and I will not apologize for being me. But at the end of the day I mean well for the community and the game. And if i call you out and you are not happy with it instead of getting offended ask questions as to how you can do better. If I cannot answer you Im sure I know someone that can. But what I'm not going to do is be silent in fleet chat while someone spams gen chat that Arsenal is the best thing since slice bread and why would any one play I/O or how they do such good DPS it is IMPOSSIBLE for a tank to hold aggro over them. Or how it is OK for a healer not to do any off DPS because his job is to heal. That kind of spam is nonsensical and it prevents players growing in the game and getting better. /endofrant
