  1. All above is true Kill the main boss first and use the blue clicky flower pot - it is a debuff that drops his immunity - it takes several times of using the clicky debuff - all this time his henchmen will be shooting you so bring a good healer or a buddy. Once boss is dead then kill off the henchmen remaining Then there will be an npc in the room with you - talk to him and buy the contract - 1.8mill - once you click on it in your inventory and sign it mission is complete and you get like 30k credits - hopefully by signing the contract I wont have to do that every time - otherwise this mission is just a credit sink
  2. Currently - with the Bounty Contract event when I do Voss it takes me about 10 minuites or less, I earn around $32,000 credits plus a suitcase with an extra 400 to 700, and it costs me $1,400 to fly there and 4 to 6 glasses of booze at $800 each to get the info - no loot from anything. And can only do 1 per day...…...I want more!!!! hehe
  3. Mainly I just really like the idea of being an actual Bounty Hunter for my game content PVE - there needs to be terminals - would be cool if through legacy you can put them on your ship, stronghold or guild stronghold, and if on a planet then mabey nar shadda and tatooine and drumond kaas (sorry never played imperial side so not sure if there is a better planet) - needs to be backwater, off the beaten path. Bounties would range per rank and skill level and thus reward scale accordingly, but it should take 15min to over an hour to complete and everything from a copy of the current system (go to 1 planet, get some info, go to target location) to needing to deploy probes in multiple locations on the planet to traveling to multiple planets. Before onslaught I was able to do the dailies on ossus and dantooine (when that event was live) and would earn nearly 500k to 1million credits - would take me couple of hours - Bounties should pay in the hundreds of thousands of credits and good loot along the way. Would be cool to expand the Bounty reward system for things you can buy like more choices of unique armor and weapons and mounts so your game content and emotional reward ranges from visiting planets, to credits (everyone loves more credits) to unique look and weapons. PVP - this is tough because only a small portion of the game seems to use the pvp systems, so it would need to be where a player can list themselves (but should they also put up the reward for beating them or just let the game set a reward) or as noted above have a system that uses reputation, but it cant be about ganking unsuspecting people as that is massively frustrating and people will quite, so there must also be a duel choice. This side of bounty hunting is very difficult to regulate and implement, so even if it was just PVE for now and then open a forum discussion with players to work out a PVP system (I am not a PVP person right now, but for those who like that style of game play it would be cool to have something more dynamic and unique then just the pvp instances like huttball - every hunt you go on would be different and unique.) My comment about the old Star Wars Galaxies game was simply to reference how they used a bounty terminal where you could get PVE and PVP targets and it provided a very fun and unique game play style.
  4. I would like to see an expansion of the Bounty Contract Week to include more planets - there are several now in game and they all look amazing, so it would be fun to visit more of them while hunting a bounty Mabey even open them for 2 missions a day or more. Along that line, can we make Bounty Hunting a profession - mabey a crew skill - so if someone wanted that game play for their content they could hunt NPC's every day - mabey just a couple, or mabey unlimited. As per an experience from the old Star Wars Galaxies game - mabey we could get Bounty terminals, even installed them in our ships or strongholds (gives us a place to work from if we wish) and players can choose to put their names on the list for some PVP or if they do something illegal their name appears so if someone wants PVP they can hunt real players - regardless if its PVP or just PVE it should be time consuming to hunt, covering multiple areas of a planet or even moving to different planets, but the pay should be much higher. Even now - doing a bounty and I get a suitcase with 600 credits in it!! Cost me 1,400 credits just to fly there!! I am sure this has been discussed before - but wanted to bring it up again - I would love to do more bounty missions and more often
  5. Why does it look like trooper armour and have this goofy light in the center of the chest like iron man?? I am a jedi and a sentinal at that - I want robes or jedi clothes please.
  6. I am a lvl 27 with a 400 slicing and so far I have been focused on the lockboxes. Why?? because I don't have friggin room in my storage for all the augments or any other result from any other crew skill!! Mabey if I sat on the Republic Base all day and sold stuff it's cool - but not for me!! I spent several days on Tarsis doing quests and trust me your storage fills up fast - and I have bought 2 storage upgrades already - sell the useless stuff, look for my key box when I can - but it's a bother to run back to main base every few hours. My goal was credits to buy what I want when I want - I am not interested in crafting game play - not saying that is bad, just not for me. So why do I make sometimes $150 credits, and sometimes lose $150 credits and once in a blue moon win a mission/augment etc that sells for $3k or $4k. Yes I agree that regular payments of $3k to $5k was high for a slicing mission that cost me $1k to $2k - but down to mabey a hundred credits is going to far. Slicing should pay more like $200 to $500 credits compared to crafting where you can make a few thousand per item - but then you spend more time doing it - then you have income balance. My vote is it's still not balanced - now it's gone to low.
  7. Little bug I found - I had 22 itmes stored up and "bought" an item that cost 12 of what I had stored - but the curator took all 22 just the same - and yes I only got 1 of the items I "bought". Also - when you find the "Coruscant" or "Tarsis" etc vendors this is where you buy stuff with those medallions you have been collecting - same way where you right click to "purchase" the item and the vendor takes the medallions that relate to the purchase - not your cash.
  8. Galactic market area is correct - in same room as companion gifts vendor
  9. How do I "give" my premium items to the Curator NPC?? It says give 12 of these...or whatever applies to that item - and the curator will craft something with them. I drag them to her and get a "you wanna destroy" message. I right click the item and it says cannot sell. I cannot drag the item to my currency tab Cannot find any walkthroughs or even a way to search the forums for a related topic. Any help please???
  10. I am up to lvl 83 treasure hunting - I spend 200 to 300 credits every time and normally the lockboxes I get pay me less then 200 credits. Why so crappy at lower levels???
  11. I went slicing, treasure hunting - both give lockboxes and treasure hunting also gives other things to sell - plus I went investigation - but only because another walkthrough I read said that was a good combo. Would be cool to learn what is selling for higher prices - but then again next week that will all change as everyone else gets into it and the galactic market gets flooded.
  12. bump - still looking for some help
  13. How do I use the Curator NPC?? My companion has gathered items for me from crew skills that say if I give a certain quantity to the curator they will make something for me. If I right click it says cannot sell premium items. If I drag them over the npc it says about destroy. How do I "give" the items to the curator npc??
  14. We will get an email with a game time code that gives you early acess but only for a short period of time - likely till Dec 31st. At which time you must have completed the purchase of your "box" and will then register the full game code found in your "box". If you do not get the box then your time code will stop working. http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=359
  15. Just bought a laptop with the GTX 560M - 3 gig. Was reading a forum topic that said to look for bus speed and bandwidth because with low numbers your video card may not even properly support 1 gig let alone 2 or 3. On my laptop card it shows as bandwith of 60mhz - the 560TI (which I believe is for desktops) is rated for 128mhz. In comparision to most other laptops they show with 28 or less. Does anyone know the specifics of these numbers and what are truely good specs to look for??
