  1. Most people that are farily competent don't find new 5 (pretty easy) bosses for the entire calendar year a 'fast pace.' Also, we pay(paid) our $15/month to play the content they told us was coming. Unfortunately, they are about 3+ months behind that schedule already. If you really don't understand you are probably 1) a casual and/or below average player that couldn't complete HM EC in the first month or 2 of release or 2) got carried through said content and don't know why other people are bored because you're still 'challenged.'
  2. If you like conspiracy theories, check out: original release date of RWZs, and then when they were pulled date of starting server transfers/finishing transfers (remember you had to have active account to use) date of announcing 'increased communication' and 'TFB:soon' and the other big 'teasers' we have been given. Then compare the above dates to common subscription dates (notably 2 month cards, 3/6 month subs.) It's pretty eerie. Talking about 4-5 significant date windows(depends how many of them you look at as 'big periods'.) All very small given a few variables.. but 3-5 day windows. Lots of coincidence of what occurs JUST before these 4 windows. Since you seem to like research, remember to include 30 days free for buying the game and 30 days free we were all given (which also falls into a 'neat' window...). Fun stuff
  3. Yes, it'd be horrible if they... oh, I don't know... UPDATED the information later? OH EM GEE, two posts on the same topic in one day? It's ok. You're happy with subpar customer service, bugged game, and broken promises. Most sane people aren't.
  4. As was said earlier, the dev tracker lit up conveniently around re-sub time. Wonder why so many of us didn't renew? We didn't believe the whole "new and improved" communication that would be coming. This is very similar to how we didn't believe the content roll out/etc schedule promised. And for all these comments I see about "you're still here" or "you are still subbed, LOL" all over different message threads... Unsubbed people can post. Also, unsubbed people will STILL get a bunch of Cartel Coins when it goes F2P. So nothing wrong with keeping up to how the scam is going while waiting to see if/when we get our free stuff. Laugh at yourself for paying for something... and having NO idea what you're paying for outside of an interesting single player game. If you think you're paying $15/mo for more than a single player game, let me know what you find so compelling. Maybe I missed something.
  5. I have a problem with my client or something. I am unable to log into the game and play. This all started a few days ago. Sure, I stopped paying for my subscription a while back. HOWEVER, I paid for roughly 5 months of sub that went towards making F2P content and a transition in your team, NOT the content I was told it was paying for. So please let me know when you will allow me to log into the game again. Or... and this would be horrible... did you fleece me of 5 months of sub money while I did absolutely nothing new and YOU used my money to do something I didn't know about? Further, if my inability to log in is intentional, did you really intend for me to pay for another unknown amount of time for what you now admit is unknown content? I already paid you for 5 months of the wrong thing. No thanks. I'll try to log in again tomorrow. I assume you should have this bug fixed by then. Please don't let me continue to believe that you simply stole $75 from me while I waited for TFB, NiM EC, SS Space Project, and other such things that were either to be release months ago OR at least have details on by now. I'm sure EA would not stoop so low to steal $75 from me and other customers. I do appreciate that during this technical difficulty you are experiencing that I am still able to freely post on the forums. Much appreciated. Thank you for remedying this situation.
  6. LOL. You actually think PvP servers matter in this game.
  7. I prefer to spend my $15/month on one fantastic apple fritter. I get more enjoyment out of my money that way, and I don't feel ripped off nearly as much. Glad you're still using this silly argument. Yep, non-active subs can post for quite a while.
  8. It was 6 weeks from announcement of PTS character xfer until the release of 1.2. This was with 1.2 being VERY rough AND RWZs being removed. So basically 6 weeks to test 5 Ops bosses. And they were still broken on release... and have been almost 1/2 the time since the release of 1.2.
  9. Hmmm... As we are working on month 5 of Tier 2, are you really surprised by bugs at this point? Quick timeline with some highlights. April 12th - Tier 5 released, Kephess 16 man broken (easy side) and NiM Pilgrim broken May 1st - Kephess 16 man fix attempted, breaks radius entirely on Gift (can't remember when this was really fixed, they patched it 'fixed' the 8th, but it wasn't.) May 30th bonus chest after battle tanks broken, fixed 6/5 8/7 Colonel broken 8/7 to current NiM Pilgrim broken Not even counting the "littler" bugs like missed leaps on T&Z, droids resetting on Colonel, tower droids on Colonel bugging out, etc etc etc. So that's 5 bosses. Out of 125 days of the content being out.. after decent (ie, long) testing on PTS... we have roughly 70ish days of 'Major bug free' content. Currently not major bug free. So running 60% time of able to complete FIVE bosses without encounter specific MAJOR bugs. Then we can talk about instance resets, server lag, ability queues, etc etc etc.... And you think they're going to fix this AND release TFB (relatively) bug free within 45 days?
  10. If an Operation is released and noone is left to play it.. does it still count as content?
  11. No. First post was they'd look into it. 1 1/2 hours later they posted it was broken. No indication of a fix. Kephess took 6 weeks, total, to 'fix'.
  12. Actually, it will. As evidenced by this thread. 6 1/2 hours of complaints got a response from BW, then another 1 1/2 hour got them to confirm there is a bug. They obviously need our complaints because they have no idea what's going on with the game they produced. Good try though.
  13. Ummm... not sure if serious.. BUT... We have stores here in the States, too. They even let us buy shirts there. If you don't feel like going to the store, you can order them from numerous domestic retailers. Crazy, I know. I know if you want a Real Madrid jersey, you have to go to Spain, right?
  14. /Agreed 1.3.5 •Using the probe launcher in Denova Minefield now reveals probes more consistently •Group leaders are now notified if they cannot queue the group for a replacement due to group members being offline. 1.3.0a •Ballistic and Knockback effects no longer occasionally de-sync the character's location, which could cause characters to not interact properly with the world (such as being able to be hit by melee attacks when the character appeared to be out of range). 1.3 No note, items already with augments had incorrect augment level. One of the major features of the patch. •During the encounter with Firebrand and Stormcaller, the Shield Generators will no longer be susceptible to procs from Relics. 1.2.5 •After defeating Firebrand and Stormcaller, players now collect rewards from the Firebrand Battle Tank rather than a loot chest. - broke the chest AFTER F&S. 1.2.4 •A fix for some causes of players becoming stuck dead in Warzones has been implemented, though the issue may still rarely occur. - Ya. still happens. Didn't see a decrease in this. 1.2.2 •Kephess now uses the Gift of the Masters ability during 16-player Hard Mode. - This VERY important Ops fix only took 3 weeks. And then broke the ability in other ways. That's just a small sampling of patch notes since the "Patch of Death" that either were totally wrong, or made the situation worse. This is only taken from obvious PvP instances or "progression" style Ops stuff. I don't know how many other group finder/quests/etc have similar situation. This ISN'T including the numerous Soa, Pylons, missing person in Ops frames, etc bugs that have been in since day one and either were never fixed, fixed and made worse, claim to be fixed, etc. So pretty much every patch with more than 2 or 3 notes has something that is either 1) incorrect or 2) breaks what it is intended to fix even further. And when these things happen, it usually seems to take 3 or 4 weeks to 'fix' (matrix cubes, Kephess HM, etc.) Ya. Awesome. I'm feeling really good about the chances of this being fixed quickly. I'm sure rolling back the code to this AM would have been a HORRIBLE idea......
