How do you get the reduced cooldowns for Fleet travel and Quick travel. I'm a sub and have 9 hr cooldown on Fleet and 25 min Quick Travel. Can I get better than that? I thought there was a Cartel purchase that would make it less but couldn't find it. Thanks,
