Why should I lost -15 rating when one of our dps left solo ranked?

Everytime in makeb mesas arena got terrible laggs! FPS almost 0, about 0,5 fps. Problem is not in my PC! I can play GTA to high details but TOR to medium on makeb? No way. It might be shield above arena or IDK... Please do something about it.

So what are u going to do about that?? For example Jee'zée (ToFN servers if u dont know) use speed hack in every huttball warzone for 6 months at least and still playing?

So...solo ranked....our team, deception sin, AP pt, healing sorc and 1400expertise sniper....their team, 2x dot sins, merc healer, lightning sorc....result: 1st round our healer left after our sniper dies in 2s, sniper told us he wanna do ranked so he do ranked NOW with green items and -10rating down!! BRAVO!! why dont u at least do, that ppl without 2018expertise cant queue?! But we've got new ops, new fp, new customization designer, but pvp updates?

REPAIR THE FAKIN MAKEB ARENA!!! IT START LAGGY AS HELL! WHY? COZ U ARE USELESS AND CANT FIX ONE FAKIN ARENA AFTER A YEAR (or how long is makeb off PTS)!!! Hope u will lose all pvpers and ppl stop support u with their money!

PLS DO SOMETHING ABOUT RANKED WZ BALANCE!!! Going 4times against 2 dot sorcs and 2 dot sins....Thats fakin OP! I make him bubble, but after several seconds I die on dots, sins got 5s immunity against all skills. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT! ITS UNPLAYABLE! TY bioware for no respond.

Why i get for lost -20 rating down and for win +15 up? If this happened once, no problems...but its always this way....
