Sith Jugg main, looking for a good rp guild. Don't see many add's when I stop in the Fleet. Any suggestions?

So I was doing the quest on Tatooine, Oasis, got into the Oasis and the conversation would freeze. I restarted game, reset phase and quest, and it still wont work. Any tips? I've also put in a ticket to Bioware, but doubt that'll do anything.
