The first time it happened, I thought perhaps a GM had logged in my account. I've had them log in a few times to unlock armor sets and thought maybe I had a ticket in that I forgot about. However, the characters never change their place in my character list. The one that just happened was actually on page 2 of my character list when I logged them in to find them in Odessan. If someone else logged them in to move them, she would have moved to number 1 on the list. But thank you for the suggestion, it's probably time to change it anyway.

Randomly, my characters will just take a little trip while they are logged out (perhaps they are bored?). I will log them out in their nice comfy home on Yavin. When I log them in, however, they have somehow gotten to Odessan. The first time it happened, I thought that perhaps I had forgotten where I logged them out (I AM a bit absent minded sometimes). But, it's happened more than once. This last incident occurred within a couple of hours of logging them out so I am positive they were on Yavin on logout and moved to Odessan for login. Is this happening to anyone else, or do I just have a bunch of wanderers?

Firstly, thanks for the replies! I appreciate you taking your time to answer me (relatively new player here). One of the things I enjoy about the game is there seems to be a lot less of the snarkiness I've seen in other games and I appreciate it very much! Secondly, the server reset did clear my tickets, so I'll be filing my REAL ticket today. As to the 'couple of days' comment, I wish that were true. On the 20th, my oldest spam ticket was from the 7th. In other games that I've played, spam reports never counted against (so to speak) the player in this manner. I really hope that with the amount of gold spammers in this game, they will find a way to make them not count here. Thanks again everyone!

I am having some issues with an armor set. I tried to open a ticket to ask for assistance. A message box popped up stating that I already had the maximum amount of open tickets allowed. The ONLY open tickets listed are where I've reported either spam emails or gold spammers on Fleet or whispering me. I tried to close one of those, but got an error message saying it was unable to be closed and 'try again later' (aka NEVER). How do I file a ticket asking for a CS to assist me? Do I have to wait for some magical timer to close the spam tickets so I can file a new ticket? Also, do I STOP reporting spam? That seems counter productive, if that's what the mechanics force me to do in order to have open 'space' in case *I* have an issue with an item. I'm a bit frustrated with this problem.

Bought one of the 'new' cartel packs listed on the Cartel Market. Upon opening, I received a stack of 10 "Crafting Material" Obsolete Material. Spent good Cartel Coins for a stack of vendor trash, I guess. Additionally, the crates are giving exotic crafting materials for which I find no current use. Is this a bug, too?

I don't believe the graphics setting is the culprit. My robe does the same thing and, after reading your post, I tried changing the settings. Very High (my default setting), Ultra, High, etc. all showed that same glitch. It's very distracting and I hope they fix it soon.

What disappoints me about the rewards are not jut that they are bound, but that they are random partial armor sets. The odds of getting a complete set are slim to none. If you get a set that you would like to use those pieces on an alt, too bad, only full sets unlock. So you would have to buy the remaining pieces - IF you can find them on the GTN-to unlock the set and then turn around and pay Cartel Coins to be able to open it to that alt. You'd be better off in most cases just buying the pieces off the GTN - again IF you can find them. If the rewards were at least the full sets, I wouldn't feel so poorly about them.
