  1. Referral program WORKED for years, even though it had its drawbacks. But let's be real: every other solution would have its drawbacks. The easiest solution would be to bring back referral program in its old way and reduce all credits that players have by some ratio. But maybe BioWare wanted players to spend more money on the game, and that's why they removed referral program. Maybe they are happy with the current state of the economy.

  3. I would be really happy if you could remove Heroic mission from Weekly mission requirements on daily areas, because now it's really hard (or maybe impossible?) to finish them alone. Of course I could group with someone, but when I do dailes, lot of times I'm the only person on the daily area...
  4. I'm not really frustrated, because I really enjoy the game and I'll probably buy another subscription anyway. I just thought it would be fair for BioWare to do something like this.
  5. Not so long time ago I bought 2 months of subscription, because expansion was supposed to be released on September...
  6. And you play on high settings? I only have one 1080p monitor and I have drops to 30-40, and I didn't play 8v8 PVP yet, only 4v4. I hope that changing processor will help
  7. Do you play Operations and PVP? If so, what is your lowest fps?
  8. Thank you for all the answers I would probably consider buying better Ivy Bridge or good Haswell processor.
  9. I have i5-3470. In PVE I sometimes get drops to 40-50 fps, but they last for a second or something, so it's not really bothering me. I didn't play PVP and Operations on this computer yet, but I'm afraid that I would get worse fps there... But I heard before that no matter what PC you have, you'll always get huge fps drops in PVP and Operations, so maybe it's true...
  10. I have third generation and I occasionally get drops below 60 fps on max settings while playing PVE (I also have GeForce 970). I heard that processor is the most important thing in TOR and I wonder which would allow me to play this game without drops below 60 fps? (I also want to play PVP and Operations)
  11. OP: You had to put a lot of effort to write this post and I appreciate that. I agree with most of what you wrote. I think BioWare just didn't have an idea on how to continue SW:TOR, on how to extend its existence. This is all just a mess right now. To be honest, it was from the beginning. They want to create a single player game in MMO world, which isn't working very well. I'm SW:TOR player since beta, but I'm really tired of BioWare's decisions. They literally have no idea what to do. This whole game is so inconsistent. That's how it ends when you want to create a single player game, but at the same time you want to make a lot of money and take advantage of Star Wars fans. You end up with mediocre free-to-play MMO with mediocre story. (I know that probably i will get banned for saying the truth in this post, but yeah, whatever)
  12. Wildstar has a lot of very good solutions.
  13. Why so offensive? I didn't say anything that could hurt your feelings. I'm not a PVP player. Honestly, I've played PVP only couple times. Why? Because PVP in TOR is mediocre, and it's not only my opinion. Why is it mediocre? Because it was never a priority for BioWare. It should be. It's not an opinion, it's just logical. PVP is the only thing you can repeat that never gets boring. Why? Because it's never the same. I can play dailies for as long as I have something to buy. But what if there is nothing that I want to buy? I can play story for as long as there is something that I can discover. But what if there is nothing else that I can discover? Besides, not everyone wants to have more than one character. If you want to wait one year to play 6 hours of story, fine. I don't want to. I want to play SW:TOR everyday, while waiting for a new story to come out. And I think there is nothing wrong about it. And no, I won't play Battlefront. I don't like it.
  14. Ok, I get that TOR is mostly a story-driven game, but hey, you really want to wait whole year just to play 6 hours? Or 1 month to play 30 minutes? I don't think so. PVP should be BioWare's priority, because this is something that players can play forever. We have a lot of top-selling games that only have PVP. Story should be something... additional, something players would look forward to, but not the highest priority. That's how it should be: You play amazing PVP matches, waiting for an amazing story. I would love to have PVP arenas on every planet. Just imagine: you play your PVP match on Zakuul, thinking about what you've already accomplished in Knights of the Fallen Empire, and waiting for a new content to come out.
