Had the opportunity to introduce this game to a few friends, and although it peaked their interest, one thing was said by all...."Kinda lacks Immersion"..Star wars but not. well we turned the music off and left the sound effects on and played the original soundtrack as i showed them around as a joke for their"Immersion" and it worked. i think having more original star wars soundtracks in the game would help ten fold, even the N64's shadows of the empire felt more SW'ish than most of the SWTOR in game music. does anyone feel the same or have other ideas to what could add a little more of a Star wars feel to the game without a complete overhaul.

i 100% agree with the customer service being awful here, and sadly they even with things written here they ignore it, during the "refer a friend and get a mount" era,..once again was giving the error on the website while i was trying to refer someone, over 4 hours we had been trying, he said hey i'll just go ahead and SUb and we can both submit tickets soon as he subs. LOL well we got a response" sorry has to be done over the website" was the ticket response, even though we both explained it was not working...lazy or just stubborn i have no idea..we called on the phone, same response.. he was so mad that a company would treat someone like that he came to the conclusion that if he had an issue it would be treated the same way, he cancelled within the next ten mins. he once again plays WoW until ESO. it's not about the game is is about poor service, i like the game a lot, although i must admit i have just started to get bored with it.

IRONY!!!! you are saying that you had to spend extra money to get the races, EXPANSIONS BC/CATA/PANDALAND all come with new races that was not extra cash, aka the whole thread is not about the expansion, but the penny pinching in the cartel market, aka all the focus seems to be there and not on actually game *Promised* Updates, lots of this should be in game currency not cartel market. you only see things one way, your way, sign of complete ignorance there, guess i can't argue with stupid. wash my hands, you just like to troll and argue.

people do realize that if Disney felt the *BRAND* is being miss-used/treated and they felt what EA is doing to the franchise and that it could possible cause loss of earnings for them through misrepresentation they could and i am sure it is in the contact somewhere could pull the the licence. also like places of business when new owners take over anything from Football clubs to retail chains, they can change pretty much anything as the signees are different. one thing George did do very well was that the Star Wars name was his and only loaned out, he made sure that he had full control over the SW brand. these are all ifs and buts, and no one really knows what Disney may be planning down the road, but its wide spreed through the gaming industry that EA have a bad reputation.

oh look a rep event and a WZ and not the 6-8 weeks regular updates that come since launch, however every three to four weeks its something new in the cartel market or and announcement of something coming in the cartel market. any way we are all allowed our own opinion,i had one and most of you wanted to be negative about it, i guess that show how much EA has you wrapped around it's evil little finger. washing my hands of this. btw look at your own signature.... i just wish they would not add certain thing to the CM that should honestly just be in the game as a normal update.

"I got some info from Damion Schubert (Principal Lead Systems Designer) about this for you! He says that the "super secret space project" is certainly not dead and is in development. Unfortunately, we're not ready to say much more than that about it. In the OPs defense, BW did mention the SSp(Secret Space Project) some thing like jump to lightspeed or such, which would include free roaming space separate space leveling and so forth. But EA needs to remember one thing, you only get out of something that you put into something. but as we all know EA has this cow linked up to a life machine still milking this almost dead cow, time to get some new cattle in the game if you want more milk EAware.

anyone else remember the quote used by Bioware when talking about F2P. "Being a Subscriber is like a all you can eat Buffet* well, that's not true at all, i honestly do not mind the color crystal or armor in there as you can go to the GTN, but with the barber shop and the rep system for cash only? well that is just gold farming from EA, with how good this game could have been and with the *SO* Called SSP going AWOL, this is just a cash cow for EA, it's a shame we can not even have one more class chapter each. just disappointed to what being a subscriber means.

EA has a huge image problem within the gaming community, from other company's eyes through the media down to us players, who ever steps in will need to do some fixing there, out of all the industry's out there, the gaming one is the most vocal.

8 months ago i would have said yes, but with EA at the driving seat, not a chance. EA has a horrid reputation in the gaming community and even hard core fans i know of other franchises of their's like FIFA have put on the breaks and looking else where.
