  1. Yes it is to much to ask. If it was a character you leveled from 1 up to 60 maybe you would have something to complain about. This wasn't even your free lvl 60 you get. It was a second instant lvl 60 you bought. So you knew what you were getting into. The instant lvl 60 never had the old content and is placed in the new story at the start. They told you this repeatedly. Don't like it then don't buy anymore instant lvl 60s. Lvl up old school .
  2. Keep in mind when they removed the old lvl 50 rakata gear there were no ops that dropped those tokens anymore. So they removed the venders and converted existing tokens to comms with a NPC. When 3.0 hit they still had the existing lvl 55 ops (tfb, snv, df, dp) that still dropped lvl 55 tokens. So they had to have gear venders. They removed the rakata tokens from the lvl 50 ops (ev, kp, ec) and removed those token venders. With 4.0 all those old tokens are gone and will not drop anymore. So by their own track record they removed the venders for the obsolete tokens. So they are consistent with past expansions and 3.0 was a fluke because they kept the old lvl 55 tokens in the game. If my memory is correct ev, kp and ec hm dropped campaign tokens and there was a vender on fleet for those. And since those campaign tokens don't drop either that vender is gone also.
  3. And before that the remove the Rakata and the other lvl 50 gear. They gave us a vender to turn in the old tokens for lockboxes of basic comms. The old gear venders were gone and you couldn't turn in the tokens anymore for gear. This time they just took out the middleman (ie the comms/token converter npc) and just fixed it all at once. The 3.0 was a fluke.
  4. If the tokens are all gone; even the ones stashed in your bank, then there is no need for the vendors. I understood what they said. Now if the actual gear and not the tokens was removed that is another problem. I would hope if they yanked the actual gear off you they gave you a nice lock box of comms same as the tokens.
  5. You could always get a ops group summons to TC and run back and open the bind point and taxi that way.
  6. People in general just don't like to be given advice either in game or in real life. It is human nature. Even if people say they are open to tips and advice they still have the initial guard up when they receive the tip/advice. If they consider you an equal then the knee jerk reaction is to reject the advice. But after a little time to think about it they usually come around if it is good information. Although the shaming or bullying method of giving advice usually doesn't work very well.
  7. But humans do exist in this Star Wars universe. If the humans in that universe are the same as ours then they would have the same needs of communicating. If those humans are not the same as our universe then are they even human?
  8. It is more of an observation and/or sarcasm than a suggestion. We are supposed to be in this futuristic space base universe and we don't even have basic social media functionality.
  9. Why can't I drive my tank over that dead branch on the ground without hitting a brick wall? Why can't I access the computer on the guild capital ship orbiting Yavin 4 with all of it's advanced weapons and communications gear and access a calendar? Why can't I access the computer on the guild capital ship orbiting Yavin 4 with all of it's advanced weapons and communications gear and email more than one person at a time? Why can't I access the computer on the guild capital ship orbiting Yavin 4 with all of it's advanced weapons and communications gear and add the guild to the galactic yellow pages with a brief description and contact information. Why can't I see when the last time someone in the guild logged in on the roster from the computer on the guild capital ship orbiting Yavin 4 with all of it's advanced weapons and communications gear? Why can't I leave a message on a guild message board from the computer on the guild capital ship orbiting Yavin 4 with all of it's advanced weapons and communications gear to say I will be late or organize a group function?
  10. Who is to say I'm not Gud. I'm 7/10 on the HM ops. Am I a elite gaming god? Nope. But I still think the loot setup now creates too big of a dps check on the last bosses. This is a suggestion box so I made a suggestion.
  11. Instead of having specific tokens drop from certain bosses make the tokens drop random from bosses that normally drop a token (i.e. The same number of tokens types would drop but you don't now from which boss until it is dead.. This would do two things. One bring some suspense into killing a boss to see what the piñata drops and second break loose those ultra rare 198 MHs and chest pieces. It is over 6 months into these new ops and the number of groups that can kill the last two bosses is miniscule compared the number of ops groups that are regularly dropping the first four bosses in each operation. If you look back at older operations like SnV the main hand dropped off the 2nd to last boss. This allowed people to break the dps check brick wall that was the last boss without being ultra elite gamming gods on their dps characters.
  12. I'm looking for a good guide for Lightening/Telekinitecs Sorc/Sage that explains the rotation with a simple reason it is that way. I have searched for guides but everything points me back to the Dulfy guide or older 1.x and 2.x guides. Or they reference "The Rotation" but never explain it like everyone knows it. The Dulfy guide has a lot of info in it that I find hard to digest {at least for me}. It shows a long rotation going through first 5 Turbulences. Then it shows a priority list. So is it a fixed rotation, a priority rotation or a hybrid of fixed/priority segments? I don't want to read essays on why everything does what it does. Just a nice list like Hotwired did for their merc/commando guide. Example: That right there just made the whole IO/assault rotation make sense to me and I could build off of. The gearing and stuff I understand, I'm just trying to wrap my brain around the rotation. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks edit: added Lightening/Telekinitecs
  13. Oh look another troll. This thread isn't about how easy or hard Rav and ToS is. It is about the older operations.
