You're comparing Blizzard to Bioware. That's funny, because for Bioware to be more like Blizzard, it would be an improvement... despite the typicality Blizzard led us to in the past. I guess you could say Bioware shouldn't take as long as Blizzard did to get their act together. But, I'd rather just say they need to learn from Blizzard's mistakes and not have a garbage community relations team from the get go. I'm not disagreeing with you, however. "Immersion" has become more and more a part of MMO culture. The "novice-role-play" if you will. Even on non-RP servers (in all games) you'll find people slashing emotes and sporting five kinds of aesthetic gear. A role playing server on one of these games is over the top comparably, but the lack of "full on" role players does not negate the fact that MOST players have some kind of immersion need. After the age of about 13, players start doing more than just "wasting time" in a game. They start getting attached to characters, almost like pets. We grow accustom to our characters or we relate through their egos.. OUR alter-egos. I'd say we should request they focus less on end game and more on ALL-game. Very few people will raid end game with a character they hate. Dropping a bomb like "you can't wear hoods" at the level you find this info out is a little ridiculous! To the Devs: 1) Twi'lek have appendages that are NOT fixed. MANY of the Twi'lek have pulled them over their shoulders or tied them back. There is ZERO reason their tails can not fit under the hood. 2) The development team in charge of this change would be a VISUAL team. This team is (typically in all game endeavors) the LEAST worked team after launch. This said, Bioware, you really have no excuse.

My buddy is PISSED that he can't win a duel.. even if I choose to no shield or not stun or not heal or not do anything but the lightning and it's over. Here is the deal: There are MANY spells that look "almost" the same. So, we're not just standing there spamming one ability. In fact, I've found that to get interrupted a lot. However, using ALL the abilities is very powerful. The stuns and CC are insane and I love love love it. PROBLEM Stop calling for nerfs, start calling for BUFFS! Other classes should be BUFFED before another is nerfed. Nerfing is stupid and does nothing but tick people off. Nerf one class, only the others are happy. Buff the others and everyone is happy because you've not "gimped" a class from what it was before. Weapon damage needs to be increased in this game overall. Ranged and Melee as far as I can tell.
