I had the exact same problem.. I called Tech support and all you have to so is: -Right Click on the desktop Icon > Select Open Location -Find the Folder labeled "BitRaider" -Delete it completely. -Re Launch SWTOR. It will start a Verifing process, let it go through completely. Takes about 5 mins. It will then start a download starting in the 90% complete range. Let it compete fully. When the Play button is clickable, then go into the game. Once your Character screen comes up, the notification box for the 99.99% complete SHOULD be gone. And your game will be fully patched. Again... this fix is right from SWTOR Tech Support.

I read that suppose to get 2 letters from Andronikos, but have yet to arrive. Oh well, see what happens. thank you for all the advice, this is my first toon made, so still on the learning curve myself

I'm really hoping it's a level trigger or event trigger. I did rank up his affection faster than the others so it's understandable if I was ahead of the "normal speed" Thanks for your thoughts. If anyone else had this issues and got past it finally, I know there are a lot of others that would love to know they didn't make an error in the beginning

So far this thread is answering most of my questions I had with the marriage storyline. What I'm stuck at right now with Andronikos is that I'm maxed with him, I'm at level 40, and I haven't recieved any notification on progressing the story. Is it level triggered that I just have to wait a bit longer, or instant to continue the story? It's giving the gut feeling that I messed up the storyline right now. It would be great if someone can shed some light on this for me. Thanks.
