No. They are mostly left to do what they want and I know most people already stay away from them. Besides, I'm talking about the casino not the cantina. I don't mind interacting with them, but, I know how they can be.

Just a quick heads up to all, I will be moving forward with plans for my character. He won't own the entire casino right away, so whether or not he even gets to that point can still be decided. As for right now, he will be saying IC that he has begun investments and is currently working a deal with the Hutts. And honestly, among the people I have talked to about this idea, nearly all of them liked and it and were supporting.

Some valid points have been raised, but, I still see a few issues with those. To start, it wouldn't make sense for my character to own a company that is contracted to the Casino, but, like I said, IC he would buy the casino and own it. Filling it with staff sounds like a good idea, but I'm not sure it would work. A vanity guild or large number of staff would take many people away from their main toons to RP as staff and I don't want to make the RP community smaller just so I can fill up a vanity guild for RP. Maybe some characters who already operate staff-like could be hired, but like myself, it is probable that they would be in many different guilds. As to providing more than just RP, I am unsure. I can't have things running 24/7 there but having RP events and such I know will work.

Somewhat like that. Although, you can trust that I am not like them. My RP is a bit more serious and the casino would not become like the cantina, a place that many RPers avoid. Also, unlike them, I am asking the RP community first if this would be alright with everyone, instead of just claiming that it happened.

I recently got this idea about my character "buying" the Star Cluster Casino, which is the Imperial only casino on Nar Shaddaa, and basically owning it IC. This would add another layer to the RP scene at the casino. One example would be, instead of simply saying you are having a party and inviting guests, your char would have to contact my char and set up reservations for the night of the party, talk credits, and mine would supervise(That is just one example and it is still a work in progress idea.) Along with having more regular events there. Obviously, there are no ways to enforce rules or actually buy the casino game mechanic wise, which is why I would need the support of the community. If the idea is liked, then I will post an IC holo ad on these forums as well. Input is greatly appreciated and thank you for reading.
