Jasper, I got the same message this week, I'm on the Ebon Hawk. I've recieved this before with rishi/yavin titles. Eventually, CS gave me my titles. Persistance is key i think. Still waiting on my Iokath title though. I guess I shouldn't be surprised that customer service still has bogus information or doesn't know how the game works.

Logged in today.. had the <Conqueror of Rishi> achievement earned. Thank you for whoever granted it. My faith has been restored. Edit: My CS rep appologized to me. It's a really great thing that they did this because in the end we're all human. Whether we have the right information or not, everyone can make mistakes. I really appreciate the service i get from CS. I've never truely had an issue in resolving anything with them.

on my third ticket. got one title b/c I named an alt that was in teh guild for a long time. One more title to go

I have two mains in DR and the Pub guild is DR's "alliance" guild so, I put my pub main in there. It just sucks. But i'm just reticketing. I think I might call to talk to a human... or have a dialog.

This response is what I got when trying to get my titles: Since when did I have to be in guild before conquest week to get achievements. It doesn't even specify this in any documentation. It's pretty clear that CS doesn't really have anything to do with the game or even know how it generally works.
