  1. Honestly, devs should make all endgame pve as well as pvp rewards/loot boe so we can sell them on gtn or trade across characters Ingame items become more accessible Lots of items will start being available for the wider playerbase and sold on gtn Better ingame economy Better handling of credit inflation and the economy at large More incentives for doing repeatable content Endgame players for both PvE and PvP will play more/do more content as it rewards credits even if players already have items
  2. if you decide that you want to get those companions and decide that you are willing to do pvp to get them, that's on you not anyone else just do content you have fun doing, don't force yourself to do content you don't have fun doing, cause that makes 0 sense imo
  3. you can still easily transfer billions per character transfer, just gotta do the sneaky tricks
  4. tldr The PvP seasons system in the game has room for improvement. The achievement for earning 2000 medals should be reduced to 1500, as it takes longer than other objectives. Combining the 12 Warzone and 12 Arena weeklies into one achievement of 24, giving 2 season tokens, would be more player-friendly. Arena wins should be worth 40 season points for players with 8 or more medals, acknowledging their skill requirement. Additionally, in Warzones, players maintaining a neutral pylon should receive attacker medals. Implementing these changes would enhance the overall PvP experience in the game.
  5. there are thousands of solo players, and new join at roughly the same pace as old quit, the average playtime of solo players is low compared to grouped players who make friends ingame/play with their friends. this is an MMO, devs want to promote playing with friends as the retention rate of those players is higher than solo the matchmaking system already priorities putting a group vs another group, but if there is nothing else in queue it will after a while put them against solo players, which is industry standard not just for MMOs but for basically all games, don't see the devs changing something that works so i guess, just learn to deal with it or make friends?
  6. the ability to resell items is good for both the developers and for the players, so doubt this suggestion is going to result in anything
  7. Hey! I am writing to bring attention to an aspect of the Powertech Pyrotech's gameplay in Star Wars: The Old Republic that, in my opinion, could benefit from a slight adjustment. Specifically, I would like to discuss the interaction between the Boiling Point passive ability and Kolto Overload, and propose a modest buff to the healing output. As it stands, the Boiling Point ability, when used in conjunction with Kolto Overload, currently heals allies for 1760, which seems to be disproportionately low when considering the current state of the game and the health pools of characters, averaging around 435,000. I believe that a careful reevaluation of this healing mechanic is warranted, and here are some key points to support my request for a buff: Relative Inefficacy: Given the current health levels of characters in the game, the healing provided by Boiling Point in conjunction with Kolto Overload appears to be relatively insignificant. This makes the ability less impactful in group situations, where substantial healing is often required to support teammates. Role and Team Contribution: Powertech Pyrotechs, when played as DPS, should not be solely focused on dealing damage but should also contribute meaningfully to the team's survival. Strengthening the healing aspect of Boiling Point aligns with the broader goal of encouraging diverse playstyles and fostering cooperative team dynamics. Class Identity: Each class in Star Wars: The Old Republic possesses unique strengths and abilities that contribute to its distinctive identity. Empowering the healing potential of Boiling Point reinforces the identity of the Pyrotech specialization as a versatile and supportive class, capable of both dealing damage and providing substantial healing support when needed. Player Feedback: As an active member of the Star Wars: The Old Republic community, I've noticed that there is a sentiment among players that the healing output of Boiling Point could be more substantial. A slight buff to this aspect of the ability could address player concerns and enhance the overall gaming experience. Considering these points, I kindly request that the development team take a closer look at the healing output of Boiling Point when used with Kolto Overload and consider implementing a modest buff to better align with the evolving dynamics of the game. This adjustment would not only address current player feedback but also contribute to a more balanced and engaging gameplay experience for Powertech Pyrotech players and their teammates. I appreciate your time and attention to this matter, and I trust that the development team will carefully consider the potential benefits of a targeted adjustment to enhance the overall gameplay experience for the Powertech Pyrotech class. May the Force be with you,
  8. happy we realized players playing an mmo with their friends in a group isn't the core issue pretty fast, its a common misconception sadly
  9. couple of us have the same, no issues with new kangaroo server but others just logs me out 😿
  10. sounds more like you are suffering from schizophrenic symptoms, which could be serious, you should consult a professional about your hallucinations/delusions, not type on the swtor forums
  11. i got it and only filled out the space barbie ranking of cm items cause honestly that's the most important part of what I play, but some questions were about favorite/least favorite story part, favorite subscriber features etc, quite wide variety of stuff, not only pvp, and I think it went out to pref/f2p as there were some questions regarding that
  12. thats the tldr of this entire thread isn't it, op wants the devs to buff his favorite class and nerf the classes op doesn't like/doesn't play am sure the combat devs take such suggestions seriously 😹
  13. you are confused, swtor isn't a charity or some state-sponsored welfare, it's a business that's meant to profit, microtransactions work and as such we are likely to get more of them rather than fewer, regardless of what you or I think about it it's better to accept it and move on than to fight the tide cause to it you are irrelevant. think it the other way, nobody is forcing you to participate in micro-transactions and if you are feeling FOMO about it you should seek help outside of the game
  14. its not, just some ppl think the fleet belong to them, can apply to both ppl in this case
