Typically whoever has the highest heal numbers get my vote. The shameless exception being if a healer saved my bacon more over the other.

Your post has a childish tone to it, but I'll bite. I end up in 1v1 all the time in WZ not intentionaly either, mostly guarding turrets. A PT has zero escape options, as much as I would like to get back to trying to win the match, being it scoring or cap. If someone wants to fight it out I have no choice but to humor him as running is not a option. Also solo all the time in Ilum. If you had stealth you could easly pick out solo targets, oh.. wait...

This is a true statment. Granted it would be pretty damn hard to win for the lvl 10, but it is still in the realm of possible. Where as a fresh 50 has zero chance agasint full Champ.

As a Powertech, pryo spec, sages are all "free" kills 1v1. Thier spec doesn't matter. There only chance is to hope grapple is on CD when they run. Nerfing them? I would honestly feel bad for them if that happened.

You can buy one in the v.i.p lounge for 1.5mil Pvp vender in fleet and all wz for 1000/1000 merc/comms Vendor on Ilum (i believe) with sell you one if you have max social for 1.5mil. They have different colours depending on the vendor.

This happens to me a lot when I'm soloing in ilum. I'll kill a shadow, knowing he can't win he will come back and get his "revenge" by chain mezzing me for several minutes. Doesn't bother me tho, he is wasting his time just as much as mine. Lite a smoke, take a shot, qu for wz. I'm good.

The big thing here is from a pug player point of view, is that preventing caps with DoTs was the only thing that gave a pug team a chance vs a pre-made. Sad to see it go.

I'm not sure how "cheezy" the combat is. Not even sure what that means. You have a hot bar with abilities, that change depending on what weapon you have equipt. Unsure how this could be viewed as a negitive. I'm lvl 50, the vioce acting is now done. Should the voice segments in GW2 bother me, I will skip them, as I do in swtor. problem? Saying GW2 is behind swtor is fine, but you really didn't back that up with anything. Also there is no gather quests in GW2, it's a whole new system of "active" questing. There can be little doubt bioware will make thier money back, if not alrdy. So it can't realy fail from that point of view. The game is lacking to be sure. More hate on this forum than any other mmo I have seen. Impressive really. Swtor will survive to be sure, in the same way WAR still clings to life. I wouldnt call it a success tho. Gw2 is going to smash this mmo, and most likely all others too.
