I just purchased both the Stronghold Defender's Saberstaff and the Stronghold Defender's Lightsaber from the Cartel Market. The Collections interface shows that they have been added from another character. However, the button for purchasing the item for all characters on the account does not work. No options appear when the account-wide purchase button is clicked. As a result, I am unable to claim copies of the two weapons for my other characters.

I have been waiting on a response to my Help Ticket for days. (I can't progress with the KotFE story on my Commando because Lana won't appear in Chapter IV.) Now the in-game ticket window has been stuck on "Updating..." all day! Is anyone else having this problem?

Bump. This just happened to me and I have no way of progressing through the story on my Commando now. Spent pretty much a whole day trying to fix it to no avail.
