  1. I honestly prefer F2P get limited, B2P get a lot more and P2P to get all it needs. The problem with the game today is the economy is inflated too much to make it plausible to use the same amount of credit cap it was 2-3 years ago.
  2. I suggested something like unlock-able credit cap extensions. Don't remove the credit cap but give the player the opportunity to enlarge their credit cap. Increasing through legacy perks and unlocked content from 51+ stuff.
  3. Some people are too casual to sub, and should not be hindered by the subscribers. There needs to be a balanced mutual ground. It's just an or. Ideas of your own creation are welcome. We need positive credit deflation and wallet increase to strengthen the in game economy. Keep all of that in mind.
  4. Why tax amounts any transfer above 1 mil to non-legacy characters (other players) 25%, than add a captcha for anytime currency is sent? That would impact gold farmers not players. If a player bought credits than the system would easily be able to detect repetitious sent credits. There for setting that account to review. The tax would force players to send smaller increments. If a player sold or bought credits because it would exist in a quantity exceeding the 1mil it'd be sent repetitiously to equal the bought amount in smaller increments. Making it easier to flag the actions. Or you could set a credit cap amount per sending of 1mil max and then set a 5 min timer between each credit carrying mail.
  5. The thing is to encourage deflation on credit value. The more credits are worth to cartel coins the stronger the economy. Gold farmers hurt in game economies by inducing artificial inflation. The only way to fix that is to saturate the use the of credits. Credits to buy a higher credit cap and so on.
  6. The only way they can unlock those credits is by getting past 50 which requires an investment in the game already. Second forcing it through legacy requires a player to progress at least to the point of unlocking it. So credit farmers often use bots, the time it takes to get a legacy high enough and purchase it would make the opportunity poor, don't forget banned. At least for the farmer, devoted players will have access.
  7. Guild Wars did a fine job at mitigating the currency in game to make it hard for farmers to make money. Any future content in SWTOR shouldn't increase money earned. Being able to make more opens a can of worms of exploitation. You also need to give the players enough things to spend credits on in the game to deflate the economy to raise the strength of the credit. When credits are worth more it makes CC items more sell-able to non-subscribers. You in turn could raise the credit cap accordingly as I suggested resulting in a stabler economy.
  8. I'm originally a 2012-2013 player returning for more Star Wars. I'm definitely interested in raiding, my characters are equally divided up into Imperial and Rebel. I'm looking for an older audience guild. I will not settle for squeaky children. The characters I am leveling are also equally broken up by class so I've always got one Healer, Tank or DPS. My highest level is a healer and I'm getting it back to this day's standard. My others are not far behind. Casual and Raiding Guilds are absolutely fine by me.
  9. Not certain perhaps create an external petition?
  10. I agree with it hampering the Gold Farmers. I designed my credit limit system to do the same but expand for invested players.
  11. I definitely agree. Credit cap can be a workable system. just has to do it right.
  12. I feel that the credit cap isn't high enough for preferred players, free however gives a good taste of the game to promote preferred. While subscription does make it unlimited it doesn't scale to the growth of the inflation by later content. I think the credit cap should increase once you hit level 51 by 500k. Legacy perk should increase credit cap 50k at the cost of 200k per rank up 3 available ranks. Perk also requires level restrictions like 20, 30 and 40. This is to balance out anyone's intentions to exploit. This in end would give a total of 1mil credit cap to preferred players who've purchased the expansions. Of course all of these options purchasable via cartel market.
