I tend to play my Characters just like theBBT said above In every MMO I ever played . Like the expression too many chiefs not enough indians playing an "average joe" can seem very unique in a world where so many try to stand in the spotlight. Avoiding certain dominant aspects of species or social canon can be great as long as one does not go over the top to the point of being ludicrous or complete breach of canon. The Chiss for example have a reputation for being arrogant and cold,this does not mean all Chiss must be so. The species Chiss are also known for being highly educated and interested in Art,science and cultures of others. One of my Chiss characters is just like that. He is fascinated to learn as much as he can about all things new too him and in order to do so must be quite outgoing and freindly. The sense of superiority is still there but by no means the dominant aspect of his personality like so many other Chiss characters I have encounterd. In any sentient species there will be individuality. No society is dominated by only one facet of its culture. I bet there is even a lazy Killik out there somewhere

I have to admit that I have experienced or at least witnessed most of what the OP said on Ebon Hawk as well as on Sanctum prior to the merger. I ask myself if many of the players guilty of such are the same ones I knew on Sanctum with new chars. Anyway,enough about that. One thing I would like to present for your consideration concerning Sith RP that curdled my blood. I was once approached by a sith lord I had never met before who attempted to mind control my character to sleep with him. It was godmod whispered to me that his force persuasion was 100% effective and he then told me OOC this had been played out IC over time and was a well excepted fact on the server. Through later observation I did notice this char seemed to know many others and was well known. Force persuading a person to have sex with you is no different from slipping someone a roofie. It is called ****. When I refused to RP this he threatened me with death of character,insulted me,called me a bad RPer and otherwise ranted. This is an aspect of play that should NEVER be in any MMO. **** is not fun,funny, or good RP. It is in fact a good way to traumatise victims of said crime and abuse. BW never commented on my ticket which is absolutely sickining. Thankfully I have not seen that char for a long time and hopefully there was some disciplinary action taken. I under NO way wish to imply that all or even many Sith RPers are like this. It is just an extreme example of how some twisted players can abuse Sith powers.

I don't know if it is free players,subbers, or returning players but the general chat especially on the capitol worlds has become absolutely deplorable since launch of F2P. I almost always have it turned off. And if your ignore list gets full then for the really bad ones I add them to my freinds list so with a comment to remind me to avoid them at all costs! Writing tickets unfortunately does no good. Probably the only thing I can honestly say WoW is better at. I never wrote a ticket on a rascist player in WoW that was not responded to within 10 minutes with a ban of said player. I do agree that general chat needs babysitters,not only the content but even some of the names should get players suspended or even banned but until this game starts making money for BW we will never see that kind of support.

Firstly your english is great so don't worry there. Recently on Dromund Kaas a low level player threw me a silent group invite. No hello. No can you help me with this please. Just BOOM invite! This happens almost every day. As many players do I declined the invite and then politely informed the player that this type of behavior is counter productive and that in the future if they take the time to just ask a player for help ( what,where,when) that they will find players more receptive. a few seconds later I recieved the repley "F*** you." I don't know if the player spoke enough english to understand my text but they spoke enough to be an ***. I've encountered things like this occasionaly in my 10 years playing MMOs but it has increased on my server since F2P went live. The only thing I can say about this and other downright rude situations is stay calm,if needed take a break and come back before getting upset. writing a ticket will not help in most cases and just turn general chat off unless you currently need it to avoid all the rest of the trashtalk and trolling that runs 24-7. General chat has degenerated into a quagmire of trolling,flaming and downright stupidity with F2P. At least on my server.

Simple colored sets of anything,especially Black,Brown,White. Imperial combat armors such as scout armor,trooper type armor, The Hazardous environment helmets from Quesh. Heavy armor for Republic side that looks more mercenary style and not just Trooper style. Seperately wearable hoods.

Space in its current form is a joke. Boring, repetetive and and almost devoid of value. A way to get a handful of credits and some extra Exp while waiting for companions to finish missions. The majority of the missions are so simple that I have on occasion actually eaten dinner while doing the missions with one hand, and that with only level 2-3 ship parts. The last missions however become so hard with no curve that even with the best parts availiable they are a sure fire cause for hand cramping and hair pulling. I started this game together with my old SWG guild and we used to do alot of space. Some of us spent more time in space than planetside. 90% of the guild quit SWTOR after 3-4 weeks mainly due to the lack of space content. Please give us a major space expansion. free flight,multiple ship types, PVP,maybe even an actual shipwright occupation. One last thing. Why are the pilot outfits social 3 when space is a purely solo activity.Those things should be for everyone so that spaceing at least gives some reward worth fighting for.
