The answer to any questions about tertiary stats for non-tank specs is "Power". Of course, for DD specs, this applies after you get your "Accuracy" to 100/110%. So...go Power. Go Power all the way.

Bioware is going to keep the legacy level at 40 and I'll tell you why if you haven't been able to figure it out already: Since the majority of the player-base (as evident by this thread and others like it) doesn't have a legacy level that high, it will mean they will be more willing to pay via Cartel Coins to unlock the companion. Thereby circumventing the legacy level requirement; thereby making Bioware more money. It's a perfectly reasonable decision from a business standpoint. Not something I intend to reward with my money, but it's their decision.

Not in this instance, no. If you actually read what you copied, you would see that it pertains exclusively to impersonating Bioware and/or EA staff. It says nothing about pretending to be another player in the game.

^This. the 51 tech power is a default number for the game to show that it's a main hand / off hand item. It does not provide any additional amount once the item has been slotted.
