I had this problem. So I looked it up on here. When I went back into game, the boxes were green. Maybe it takes a few minutes? I'm not sure :S I just expanded his bar, sent him in to fight something, clicked a whole bunch on the boxes like you did, and waited Only time will tell if they stay like that :S

Haha, that's the way it seems. You'd think they test the class quests the most rigorously, but maybe I'm wrong. I tried resetting the phase too, but the back hangar elevator was locked, so I had to fight my way through. Then I got kicked out of the instance after doing the engineering level quest part. Maybe I'll just get level 50, then I can breeze through the rest of the quest chain so it isn't as fun. What a joke.

Before I get flamed, I know that there is another thread, or maybe multiple, about this exact issue. It obviously hasn't done any good, because it is still broken. BioWare, please fix it. It's annoying spending not only my own 3 hours, but dragging friends in to do this quest, and wasting their 3 hours, repeating the quest over and over and over. I finally gave up, when on the last run through, I got kicked out of my own instance and said "I am not allowed." This, of course, happened during a battle engagement, so my friend got killed, and another got booted out. When we re-entered, we had full respawns, and I said 'f' it, and started writing this post. My original problem, is that the Jedi Master is not showing up when I get to him. This getting kicked out of my instance is something that happened when trying to re-do it. Fix this quest, there are pages and pages of the exact same complaint, and many more bugs with this one CLASS QUEST. The reason that is in caps, is because we have to do it to advance our class! It's not one we can just graze over. Bounty Hunter is the only class I've had a lot of fun playing. I've also had a lot of fun playing other games -- So I maybe I should go back to those? And 3 weeks in, and still this many problems with a class quest...I hate to see what end game content looks like.

Those links don't work for me But one thing to look for, is to check the connection. I once bought a video card that was a PCIx2.0, and my motherboard didn't support 2.0. So just double check, or else it may sit on your shelf for 8 months, like mine did

don't know any global markings. With my friends I use target as 1st kill, saber as 2nd, shield as the one to be stunned, and usually that's all we have to mark.
