  1. Hi guys, Just to answer a few questions, we're not completely based in any one area or faction. The RIG is primarily about the style of play and the community, rather than the location. Saying that though, I can tell you that a lot of our players and guilds are based on the Juyo server (EST) which is a PVE server. That's not to say that we don't have players based on EU servers, or on PVP / RP servers. We do in fact have people all over the place! If there is a specific playstyle that you like to stick with, then I'm sure the RIG has someone you can talk to about it Any further questions, please feel free to ask - or alternatively, head over to the site! The link is in my sig
  2. All you need to do is follow the "R.I.G Liaison" link in my sig which will take you to the main RIG page. All the information you need is there. Should you need any further info, don't be afraid to ask me here, or any of the RIG admins/mods on the main boards
  3. It's been a while, so I thought I would give this post a little bump. We're all actively playing in-game now, and there's always someone related to the RIG online, so feel free to look us up on the Juyo server! Alternatively, head over to the site (in my sig) and check us out there!
  4. Popping back to the thread to give it a friendly bump! Always looking for new people interested in joining us! Just head over to our site anytime (the link is in my sig!)
  5. Haha! This actually did make me chuckle! Even if you're a player "fueled by ego, anger and tears", there can still be a place within RIG for you! As long as the mutual respect is held Either way, we definitely promote a good, enjoyable, and solid playerbase for anyone willing to look us up.
  6. Hi Nayala, I think the original forum thread in Ty-Odi's post had been wiped with the forum wipe-down for release. Give it time though, Ty-Odi loves writing wall'o'texts (lol) and I'm sure he'll have another one up soon As for the RIG link - that should still work! Any questions, feel free to give me or Ty-Odi a shout
  7. As Ty-Odi mentioned - We currently have approx. 30+ guilds signed up to RIG, on both sides of the force, ranging across PVP, PVE, RP as well as EU and US servers! I'm sure you'll find a home somewhere
  8. Thanks guys/girls. You're more than welcome to pop over to the RIG site anytime and say hi and possibly meet a few of the others involved. We'd love to meet you, and have you involved if you are interested! Damolawler - I did see your post earlier, and it's one of the reasons I made the above post. It's an atmosphere we're striving to avoid by bringing back the 'good old days' of MMO companionship and camaraderie.
  9. Just thought I'd remind most of you of the following: Pre-Launch access is a privilege, not a right. From what I understand, everyone who pre-ordered should be able to get access eventually, but you need to remember that Bioware are letting people in 25k at a time, and with 2.1mil+ pre-orders, it may take a while. Bioware are staggering the launch as best they can. Have some patience.
  10. Hi there everyone, I am here as a representative of a group of gamers and guilds who over a year ago came together to try and bring back some of that ‘Old School’ type of MMO community that we believe has slowly begun to ebb away from our gaming experiences in recent MMO’s, and to that end we all grouped together to try and make a change to that here in SW:TOR. A post by our founder Ty-Odi on the pre-launch forums kind of exploded and from there ‘The R.i.G.’ was born. We currently stand at around 30 guilds being signed up to this, and we have individuals and guilds from all over the globe, and covering all manner of different gaming styles and preferences. We are currently looking for guilds and individuals who like us, share the desire to see some basic common courtesy and respectful game play ideals such as the ones listed below in our charter return to out gaming experience in SW:TOR. If you think you or your guild would be interested in such a thing? Please do not hesitate to contact us. http://www.respectingaming.com is our website, please feel free to pop by and say hi, or to just have a nose around, we are not a ruling body, nor are we trying to take anything away from any individual guild or person, we are merely trying to bring likeminded people together, and to try and make this a truly amazing experience both for ourselves and those we come in to contact with on our gaming journey, below is our charter, and if you are interested in either coming to one of our servers to game with us, or to try and take these ideals and promote them on which ever server you end up on it would be great to have you. Many thanks for reading, and I am sure I speak for everyone on the RiG in hoping that we hear from you all soon!! ****************************************************************** THE CHARTER The goal of this charter is to form a group of like-minded individuals and guilds on one or more servers to foster a sense of community and respect among all players.
