If this is for PvE i'd say switch 2 crit mods or enhances for power ones. Then you are at the high end of what is considered decent crit. Crit rating is a bit of a mystery on what is the most optimal but you are above the limit at the moment.

It's in armor piercing cell. The only reason I am getting superheated plasma is for High friction bolts and IR. Firing a HiB while the target is on fire gives back some additional ammo, so it's better for ammo regen.

The changes to FA (4 shots) may balance Plasma Cell a bit, make commando parses closer to Mercs. Mercs are still twice as many hits, but the math is looking like at a certain point the extra hits won't matter much for plasma RNG.

You will have to do a few Grav >CB> Grav fillers for sure because the Ionic proc is going to change it's position in the filler, similar to how AP is now. It is going to be more of a 3 line rotation than simple fillers however.

If it was 6 seconds you wouldn't have a GCD for IR, EN, Plasma, etc..... It fits quite well.... I think peeps forget FA is 2 GCD's, so firing 3 grav rounds + listed ability above + your FA is 8 seconds.....

I only comment since you've made this mistake several times, not out of common dickery. I think you are referring to Armor Piercing Cell. High energy cell is for vanguards.

8 seconds is actually perfect, that extra GCD can be used for an Incendiary round, Plasma Grenada, Electro net, etc..... In the Hybrid spec of course... And Cell charger was just a filler, you could easily put that into tenacious defense.

Will be testing a 0/28ish/16ish spec with Curtain of fire as well as Ionic Accelerator due to the changes coming in 2.7. I have tried this spec before and when everything proc'ed and it was a good 4600 dps. The problem was that Curtain of Fire did not reliably proc until now.
