sorry, but this is just a bad joke. some of us allready pay for subscription, this should give us access to everything in the game. now you are adding things that can only be bought with cartel packs items. oh, yes we can get them from the GTN, so basically this is introducing a good that can only be obtained by spending money and then sold at the GTN. so basically i can go out and buy packs and sell them in the GTN for in game credits. with this credits i can then buy gear for my toons. so please explain to me how is this NOT pay2win ?! let me think about the definition of pay2win. for me pay2win is if someone can get to do something faster by investing money rather than playing. this is how the new reputation works the way i see it. sorry, but saying we want to reward people who buy the cartel packs over subscribers is saying "let us see how much money we can squish out of our playerbase before they complain". do yourself a favor and go over what happened with eve online when they tried this... don't srew this game even more than you have allready done...

i would guess that the reason for splitting 10-29/30-54/55 is that it is about lvl 30 that you have gotten most of your abilities. you have a point there with the lvl "50 ability". but taking into account that a lvl 10 has like 2 or 3 abilities? a lvl 10 is as usefull compared to a lvl 49 as a lvl 30 is to someone 50 to 54 probably. i would also guess that 50-54 wont be that crowded once most hit 55. to be honest , for me it makes sense to go 10-29/30-54.
