There are a few bowcasters in the game. IIRC they are a mix of blaster rifles and sniper rifles, even a couple that are Legacy bound and a few other from the Cartel Market.

All you ever really need is the desire to have fun and common courtesy. Our Charter lays out pretty much everything in detail, and you can learn more about our existing teams' schedules, rosters, and progression by just clicking around. We also host open events fairly often, and have a free-for-all on Mondays (usually just the group finder Op). .

All three of the existing teams within <Pandamonium> currently have openings. I am guessing that "It Counts" would be the best fit for you, but that is only based on what you have shared. We also have an open guild run on Monday nights at 9pm Eastern, if you want to get a feel for the guild in general rather than a specific team. To celebrate the release of the new boss encounter (AIVELA and ESNE), we will be setting up shop on Iokath at 8pm Tuesday night, and will usher folks through both Tyth and the new encounter. Participants simply need to be on Iokath with a level 70 character at that time, and then watch for messages in Gen Chat. We will likely run until either we run out of alts, interest dries up, or 10pm--whichever comes first. If at all possible, please join us using Discord for voice comms to ease the coordination and speed things along.

My napkin math shows this would net a few hundred DPS overall, putting Madness much closer to the middle of the pack for overall sustained output. But they're still hamstrung by having to choose either bad mobility or bad Force management.
