I also notice it did nothing to stop losers who are farming credits still. All I see is I farm, you buy! Blah blah blah. And despite it being their first attempt at an MMO game, its no excuse. Why? Because there have been many many mmos before them to learn from! And to expand upon, and to innovate!

There have been dozens and dozens of MMO' around for a long time now. Way before SWTOR came around. How could you not have made a game that learned from others' mistakes, nor had stuff that has been a standard already established? I mean pvp issues....no guild banks, no customized UI, imbalance issues, unfair advantages to some. On and on. I'm glad they are doing something about but geez. You guys are in charge of the game, if it wasn't quite ready, who cares how much the community whined for it to release? That was my rant, as you were, nothing to see here, move along.

They only way to speak in a form EA/Bioware will undertsand is money. Stop giving them your money and eithet they will take what they made and run or start actually listening.

Yeah it doesn't hurt to take a break from the game evry once in awhile. If you don't have self control or can't find something else to do maybe you need help? It kind of seems that all the lame complaints are coming from hard core WoW gamers geez. Only two weeks and they want it ALL right now now now waa waa waa. They want to be hand held and spoon fed.

I don't think it is fine or perfect the way it is and does require a solution. So i hope the op makes suggestions to Bioware so they can take this in to consideration. I like what this particular person said. So many adults act like children its sad. If we can use respect and put the current real players need first, great. My opinion is that if someone asks the group about Needing for companion that is the respectful thing to do, more so if someone in group actually needed first. But not every player is going to be as nice and respectful. Which of course will start arguments. I have too been in groups about people needing stuff for their companions. I'm a trooper Commando with assault spec and I do pretty good. don't have serious trouble in PVE, but if this is the NEW looting then now I'm going to start needing for my companion too.

There is valid points being made here and if they become obsolete what IS the point? I hope you are sending your concerns and ideas to the right people so they can take this in to consideration and hopefully make changes to crafting in the future. The game will only ever improve and get better if we actually submit the bugs glitches exploits and suggestions to the game makers. If we just keep posting complaints in the forums all we are going to get is adults acting like children when instead they can simply disagree in a mature manner. But what are the odds? lol

I'm wondering the same thing, wanted to go assault route. I love bombing from afar. I'm about lv 12 I think, and I was on a quest where I shot some, well I forget, and it could kill a crowd of mobs with just that one skill.

Any good specs for Assault? Was thinking of going for that. Since most are all for gunnery
