  1. I remember as a JK I got one after completing the Nar Shaddaa Bonus Series when I reported back to the Mirialan in charge of giving me the Bonus Series Did the flirt upon completion of all Bonus missions.. Forgot the name though
  2. I forgot, most likely either Balmorra or from a treasure hunting lockbox via crew skills
  3. Posted it in the Jedi Knight forum: I found a very nice Prototype Baktoid Trellised Jacket in game, would have been perfect for my Sentinel if it had been moddable/orange/purple. Currently using an orange Watchman Jacket I got from Tatooine via the commendations vendor though. My current Watchman Jacket: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v380/wqtrigger/test/swtor2011-12-3112-40-08-68.jpg Previews of the blue Trellised Jacket: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v380/wqtrigger/test/swtor2011-12-3112-45-44-87.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v380/wqtrigger/test/swtor2011-12-3112-46-53-88.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v380/wqtrigger/test/swtor2011-12-3112-54-54-15.jpg If anyone comes across a purple/orange moddable version please let me know! It's a very good look with hood down! haven't tried it on to see whether it gives the fat butt effect because I don't want to bind it yet (might sell it on the GTN) but I suspect it does give the fat butt effect :/

  6. Even in-game Kira noticed it "It's like every fashion designer in the galaxy works for the Empire!"
  7. Compared to other bosses Darth Angral wasn't too tough of a fight. Was expecting a much tougher fight but killed him off pretty easily on my first try. I'm a level 33 Sentinel Watchman spec (with a couple skills from the combat tree). I killed everyone apart from Angral before the fight, then did the usual of Overload Saber, Cauterize, popping Rebuke and Saber Ward when I'm the aggro, Juyo Zen when it becomes available, and Slash/Zealous Strike depending on my Focus level. The burns + heals are truly wonderful Of course, most importantly: interrupt whenever he is casting. (Force Kick/Stassis) Killed him with more than 50% of my health remaining. As I mentioned in the Valis thread, I'm actually kinda grateful for the tough Valis fight and some other bosses on Tattooine/Alderaan as it helps to hone the way you go about these fights, by using interrupts whenever it is required. It helps mitigates A LOT of damage. One thing I noticed for Sentinels though, it is much easier killing a pure melee opponent than one with many casting abilities, for example the Sith Commanders vs Sith Ritualists on Alderaan, the Commanders were much easier to kill.
  8. It was frustrating trying to beat him at first, took me a couple of tries (well about 5) but in retrospect I am really grateful for this tough fight as it taught me how to use interrupts effectively and it helped me fight bosses better. After this fight with Valis I'm glad to say I became better against bosses and took only one try against Lord Praven and the Sand Demon on Tatooine
  9. For new players there isn't a problem in creating a character in a new server where there are no queues. However, for people who have been in Early Access since the beginning, there is a big problem. This is because not all the servers available currently were open at the start of Early Access. Some of them were gradually opened up. This means that those who joined the game relatively early had only a few servers to choose from and unsurprisingly these servers are the ones that have the longest queues currently. There are a couple of reasons: 1) Many players want to join their friends/guildmates who started on these few servers and hence join these crowded servers and add on to the queues. 2) The early players who have invested the most time in their characters do not want to reroll on new servers. They have no choice. Unless you are telling people to give up their level 20-30-40 characters and start anew on a server with lower population? 3) Some of the servers were designated as "unofficial" Oceanic/Italian/Spanish servers where people who want to play with the same community congregate. Examples are The Swiftsure, The Harbinger, Tomb of Freedom Nadd.
  10. 5th December, gotten an invite about 4 hours ago but still haven't launched the game! Procrastinating at its best.. Edit: Hope the rest of you decemberists will get in asap! It's been fun following this thread
  11. Apparently the 16th shipping date only applies to local US customers. All international customers from Amazon will only get their orders shipped starting from the 19th. Hence even with 2-4 day priority shipping (costing US$36 for me) I will still be receiving my copy between 21-23 Dec (estimated). What international customers are unhappy about is why there is a 3 day gap between local and international customers when international customers are paying so much more for "priority international courier" shipping and yet getting our orders shipped 3 days after the domestic orders. Common sense would dictate that since international orders are going to take much longer to deliver compared to local orders, it would be better to ship international orders BEFORE local orders and yet we are not even asking for that, we would be perfectly happy if they would ship it out on the 16th at the same time as local orders! Having said that, the change in shipping date for me (21st to 19th) is better than nothing but still it does leave a sour taste considering domestic orders are shipping on the 16th yet international orders are shafted to the 19th..
  12. The steps listed are for the official launch on Dec 20. Early Game Access is granted based on the date you redeem your pre-order code, not your product registration code.
  13. Read the first few sentences of that page! It doesn't apply during the Early Access period. The Product Registration Code refers to Game Code that will be emailed to you if you ordered via Origin or included in your game box!
  14. I suppose this type of thread will always be biased since it will be contributed by people who hasn't gotten an invite. If someone has an invite he/she would be playing and not posting isn't it
