I also love this tactical, it makes it fun to play especially in FPs/Solo play. That first parse you linked to has a youtube video of you search for his name. The secret he does in that parse is that he removes the buff so the ability never goes on cooldown. It will make for a great parse but to do this in pvp/pve i think is impossible. I found this video and got confused how thats possible cause i never reached 22k even, im slightly below all the time.

So I just wish there could be more decorations, hopefully aquired from achievments or even better: drops or reputation rewards...something to farm for. Sand people NPC - my Tatooine stronghold need to be under siege by the sand dudes!!!! Killiks NPC - my Alderaan stronghold could use a few killiks roaming around Cultist NPC- Lights that actually gives light. So many areas are dark and hard to lit up properly. Tnx

I have done this many times Before but this and last rakghoul event i couldt find the catalyst at all. I know what spots to grind and i tried both PVE and PVP instances no difference. I grinded the same mobs for almost 3 hours and no rare spawn. Next day i grinded for 1,5 hour and still no rare spawn. Is it broken now? Disclaimer: i know its a rare spawn but still it usually pops up after meaby 30 min to 1 hour MAX!

Far from dead this game is! I use the "Agitating Energies" which keep Corrosive Dart ticking harder and the duration is refreshed whenever used penetrating blast and followthrough. I love it cause i Always forget to use that silly dot i prefer to just burst but with this i can apply it once and then never Think of it. Great for all content i figure.

Can anyone confirm this drops for imp chars in the new FP or does it only drop to rep side chars?

I didnt say anything about the eternal Championship cause i cant contribute any real info there, i only done it in 5.0 and i only managed meaby 6-7 rounds cant remember. I wiped at the boss who spawn adds and one has to pick up some rocket thingy. I did it because i wanted Bowdar after that I never been motivated to do it again or go higher in rounds since there is no reward well except achievments which i dont care for. If they added some cool decos hell i would learn mechanics and grind it like there is no tomorrow! I dont Think i contradict my self when saying i dont find star forge is not hard and the reason I dont go back is cause I never liked it. I never enjoyed it nor do i find it entertaining even the slightest. Only wanted the decos and now I got it no way im going back there. But this is OT I Think, my reply was about the difficulty of the SF which I can contribute something about since i done it multiple times a few days ago. I done it plenty of times pre 6.0 aswell and it is no different now. It was slow then and its slow now yes but slow isnt the same as hard for me. Hard is including none forgiving mechanics, the chance to wipe is high and one cant slack even for a moment without being punished for it. Like playing pvp against a real good player or doing ops in hard mode (never done nim but some hm been hard imho). Its slow to level to 75 but its not hard, kind of the same thing.

This weekend I did a couple of story mode Star Fortress and also two heroic+2 runs (had to get my achivements finally). I played my Lightning sorc with 306 gear but with 2 different sets with only the first bonuses on both meaning +2% mastery x2. Stormwatch tactical and no amplifiers related to my specc at all. No good gear imho. My companion was Andronikas rank 50. Took forever imho to do it but was never "hard". Named champions one has to focus a Little, might even have used a dcd cant say for sure but i used my CDs to burn them down fast. Never died except once when i got bored and tried to rally all trash from couple of rooms at one spot to aoe them down. Companion died on the way left me with 20 adds=rip. Yes it made me hate my sorc so much cause it took forever to complete theese runs. All the time I ran it i wished i had completed this on my OP instead which would have taken 80% less time cause i do lots of more dps (full set, amplifiers, augments + skill!) and stealth is king. Someone who mains a sorc with BiS would easily done this a lot faster then me. Point is no its not hard just slow. Companion on heals and ur good to go Edit: since i now got my achievements (wanted the decos) i will never go back there ever since there is nothing in heroic+2 at all and storymode i got the decos x many.

I dont really care where the stronghold is, but personally i would love Korriban. I only have 1 request/suggestion: like the statues in Yavin 4 are changed with moss and green fluff to suit the theme of the stronghold, can we plz have this on the new stronghold aswell so it fits the theme? For example if the new stronghold is on Hooth its suitable that statyes and other decos are covered with ice and frost.

Its a hard question i had to think long on before deciding. Here is my thought process: (TLDR: Operative) Not mercenary or sniper thats for sure even if i sometimes can enjoy thoose classes for a brief time… Not juggernaut even though i agree 100% with above poster Equeliber, for me the class becomes to boring after a while. But i do love play rage in pvp its such nice to see health drops fast and vengeance is such a smooth class, also tank class called immortal and almost is immortal is pretty cool... Not sorcerer even though its been my main for a long time and was also my first char in this game, love madness and lightning pew pew i mean who doesnt enjoy lighnting stuff or have a specc thats called ”MADNESS”, healing is good and easy aswell. Also love picking datacrons with this char with the phasewalk. Reason why i wouldnt pick this class after all is cause the boring rotation even though ranged is always nice and easy but dps is just so slow with madness and lightning is too fast paced to do real dps, slack for a sec and u might aswell auto attack. Still it got lightsaber which is wicked cool, a very solid choice but still no… Not marauders even though i find them visually best looking, especially carnage. Have 3 dps speccs in one class makes me miss healing or tanking… Not powertech even though i love my pyro, its to much of a glass cannon and heat management is the worst. BBQ is the best right? still it do lack some things i would miss too much if i choose this to only play... Not sin even though i like all speccs, the hatred aoe is my favorite of all aoe speccs and its also provides with a tiny healing ability, deception is great burst and stealth is king and force speed is also nice, also it has a light saber and makes me feel like a true sith, but no heals! I would go with operative, reason is i can heal, stabb ppl and ofc stealth. Not to forget the roll! At first i thought lethality was stupid cause the close combat requirement, well its still stupid to have a blaster rifle but cant hit stuff more then 10m away. Concealment makes my soul happy when i can backstabb in pvp or slice some nobs to death…such joy! Being able to put some self heals reminds me of the old days of being a druid in wow. To make the class perfect make lethality a tank specc instead and give concealment some usuable and viable aoe skills throwing daggers is a joke!!!!

Aye I agree I also have problem with heat management on pyro. What helps me is the use of Thermal Sensor Override before using Searing Wave since its the biggest heat generator. Also not overuse dots until they actually given the full duration is important and some rapid shots here and there to keep heat down. Still its a tricky road and if u ever find ur self with Vent Heat on CD and full on heat u are F:ed... I also Think the armor set meteor/brawler makes a big difference with heat but i havnt tried it yet, i somehow ended up with right price armor set which is crap.

All classes and all speccs are viable. Personally i Think the Powertech is one of the coolest classes but it has a lot of flaws. Its hard to work with heat management and if u get full heat and your vent heat ability is on cd u can only use auto attack. Also the positition when attacking is hard and dot spreading doesnt work very well. Finally the DCD is not very good. Good part is that is frikking cool with fire and damage is descent, carbonite is golden aswell. I find AP easier then pyro and Shieldtech is a good and easy tank specc aswell. I barely ever play pvp with my PT and a lot of other classes has less work for more dps and stronger DCDs. That said im no ranked player nor top parse with my PT. I use the Right Price set bonus atm and its not good. Seeing the top parse players they all use the meteor brawler set and i also Think heat management is better with that set.

You need to do heroic mode for the achievments which gives you decorations. I cant recall what exacly need to be done but i Think there is a few different achievements like kill all mini bosses and do all invasions, that gives decos. The one I have left which i havnt bothered to complete yet is to get all companions to rank 10 then do all star fortress again just to use the thingy at the beginning which allows some trinket at the bosses. that gives a achievement aswell. Sorry for bad language and Spelling but Point is heroic is for achievments. I never had any decos drop for me in heroic.

Played a couple of hours yesterday then started redecorating my stronghold (again) and suddenly my internet connection dies. Couldnt reconncect to the wifi which was wierd but restarting the computer solved that problem. BUT then i had this as the first poster had, couldnt log in and update was 100% and play button grey. Checked developer post, Twitter and nothing. Checked discord but no one else seemsed to have this problem, i figured it was just me. Tried many different solutions but none helped. Found a Youtube video about changing the launcher.setting file about bitraider_disable from false to true. My advice: dont do this!! Ended up downloading the whole game again and i dont have fiber so it took all night for the 40 something gig or whatver size it is. TLDR: Dont follow Youtube videos! At least my game works now but if i had known other ppl had the same problem i would just have relaxed and waited for bw to fix this rather then spending tears and blood fixing something that didnt need fixing in the first Place.

I recommend checking http://parsely.io/ to see the top dps players rotation. If you have bad gear and low stats it will be hard to follow the same rotation, since they in general have mad high alacrity from guildperks and augments and also maximise all utilities for that extra dps. But its still a good Place to find a rotation or get inspired to how to set up a rotation. I also recommend http://www.rambol.net for concealment PVP guide, that work aswell for PVe and gives a good understanding of the class. For some easy rotations: Lethality General - Always have dots on target (corrosive grenade+corrosive dart) then use Lethality strike and Toxic Blast when ever they are available, spamm Corrosive Assault when ever you have tacticals. To get tacticals use Shiv (Toxic Blast also gives tacticla) So I would start with: Stealth->Lethal Strike+Stim Boost->Corrosive Grenade->Corrosive Dart->Toxic Blast->Spam Corrosive Assault->Shiv->Spam Corrosive Assault again... Concealment Stealth->Backstab->Volatile Substance->Veiled Strike->Spam Laceration Backstab+Volatile Substance should be used as soon as they come available, if target runs away and you cant backstab him but target has Volatile Substance use a Corrosive Dart so that explodes the Volatile Substance. Corrosive dart i would say isnt good to use in a general rotation since its expensive with energy. use Veiled strike to gain more tacticals and use crippling slice as a filler. The "rotation" is very easy with lethality and concealment the trick is to find a good way to keep gaining tacticals as often as possible so there is a nice flow to it. If you stealth out in combat (not recommended for single player mode since it resets bosses/enemies) u can start over the rotation and get a new tactical. Holotraverse can give you a tactcial if you use that utility. Hope this gives you enough to start and from here you can find your own best rotation.

To previous post: im not sure that is still so, pre 6.0 yes but now from a healer perspective i find PT and Jugg tanks most smooth and easy to heal in MM Fps while Sin tank is more work to keep alive. I dont know about skank and dps for tanks I just say as a healer i prefer tanks that are PTS or Juggs for a smooth run, i heal as operative btw.
