  1. Game version: 2/18/2016 - Patch Notes 4.1b Priority: P1 - Critical Severity: S2 - Seriously impaired user journey but workaround exists Server: The Progenitor (EU) Guild: The Velvet Pearl Character: Asyr (It affects the whole guild.) Precondition: Guild stronghold with several characters in a guild that own different keys (bronze, silver, gold). Steps to reproduce: 1. Log out with all characters who are guild masters or possess a gold key. (Silver I cannot confirm.) 2. Check if silver and bronze characters keep having the guild stronghold on their stronghold tab. 3. Check if silver, bronze and non guild member characters with no guild can enter the guild either through the teleport function of the guild on the stronghold tab or through the public guild listings. 4. Check if guild stronghold is online. 5. Check if guild stronghold has the proper amount of prestige. Actual result: 1. Guild stronghold goes offline when the GM or characters with gold key log out. 2. Characters with silver and bronze key lose the guild stronghold access through the stronghold tab. 3. Prestige drops significantly until a character with a gold key triggers the workaround. Screenshots: 1. Gold key, guild stronghold prestige dropped: http://i247.photobucket.com/albums/gg156/Vadmacska/Stronghold_gold_key_dropped_prestige_zpsz8uahei1.jpg 2. Bronze key, guild stronghold offline in public listings: http://i247.photobucket.com/albums/gg156/Vadmacska/Stronghold_public_listings_offline_zpsxpvaicsv.jpg 3. Bronze key, guild stronghold tab unavailable. http://i247.photobucket.com/albums/gg156/Vadmacska/Stronghold_no_tab_zpsufyofd9l.jpg Workaround: If any characters with a gold key remove and add again a single piece of decoration, the guild stronghold comes online again, becomes accessible and prestige is fixed. Impact This bug hurts our role playing experience, both community and guild. The Velvet Pearl does not only provide role playing events to its guild members but we run cross-guild as well as community role playing events with open nights. This bug makes us difficult to provide this role play as it makes our guild significantly harder to access. It requires an officer's presence online at all times to ensure that the guild stronghold is accessible.
  2. It would be nice if the number of loading screens could be cut down. Every time one has to travel one has to enter the ship then enter the planet. It would be nice if we had a quick travel option via holoterminals or something that we could just select the planet and travel instantly there. While I was questing it wasn't that disturbing since I had quests on the ship. But now that I'm 50 the ship is just yet another loading screen, it doesn't seem to have any other function. (I cannot even take my friends there or hold RP events.) At 50 I'm travelling a lot (Fleet, Ilum, other planets for world bosses) and I spend a lot of time on loading screens. Also, flashpoints. Everytime we die and resurrect it's loading screen out, loading screen in. If we cannot resurrect in place then at least it would be nice to have a med centre within the flashpoint so that we didn't have to spend minutes on the loading screen in and out. It would also be nice if we could have a teleport to the ship option. It would save a lot of time as well.
  3. Hey there, I will definitely try to attend this event as a free trader with some smuggled underworld goods. I'll find you in-game for the details and I'll keep checking the forums for further details. I hope that many will come and it will become a nice RP meet and greet event.
  4. I finished Quesh on my scoundrel a few days ago (I believe I was around 36-38 then) and I cannot recall any difficulties at all. It was like a walk in the park. I only grouped up for Heroic quests but that's normal. But then again, (as usual,) I sneaked past everything I didn't have to kill. A few people were complaining about their companions mortality but Corso was viable on the way. I made sure he had good gear though. (Tokens -> endurance + defense) I used him as a tank and I healed him and did some dps - it worked. I even learnt to take advantage of his frequently switched back Harpoon Shot - when he grabbed something I started out with a Groin Kick then continued with a Head Shot (that most of the time two-shots any non-elite mobs) plus other various melee abilities (Tendon Blast, Blaster Whip etc.) and some healing when it was needed. I use crowd control on elites too which makes things easier (unless Corso breaks them).
  5. I support Unicode. I barely read and write cyrillic but I do believe that not allowing it (and other non-Roman characters) won't stop people from writing on their own language in general channels, they will just use a transcription for it. Only respect towards the others on the server can help in this matter. I played on an international server, we had people from the UK, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary, the Netherlands, Russia etc. and everybody were speaking English just because that was the language all of us understood.
  6. I will not need anything for my companion. My companion is only with me when I solo. And, based on my beta experiences, there is no need to need items for the companion. The ones we get from quests, we craft or we buy from vendors are completely sufficient. Not to mention that we may have 5+2 companions altogether which would result in needing on everything if we wanted to gear all them up from flashpoints. Just my two cents.
  7. I would support an LFG tool as long as it is server only. My experience was that a cross-server dungeon finder made people care less since there wasn't a consequence if someone wasn't nice in a party. When people played only with people on the same server the word 'reputation' had a meaning. With a cross-server LFG tool it's just "who cares if I leave/ninja I'll never gonna meet those people again anyway". Before the cross-server LFG system I tended to know a lot of people on my server because I grouped with people on my server. When the cross-server LFG tool hit I got surrounded by strangers with whom I was never able to meet again even if I wanted to since there wasn't a way to /friend them even if they were nice. Not using the LFG tool was not really an option since most people used it around me. We mostly sticked to guild runs with my guildies as PuGging was most of the time horrible via the Dungeon Finder. I do not wish to argue over this, these are just my two cents.
  8. Yes please. It would be awesome to have server sub-forums for each servers to organize server-specific community events as well as to advertise server-only guild recruitment. Currently servers are divided between the Guild and the Server Event section. It is harder to find server relevant information that way.
