I actually cancelled my sub yesterday because of this. I cannot stand stupid things like this. I complained about it in general and someone told me I dont have to play. I thought it was rude at first, then I came to realize that he was totally right. I dont have to play.

I have been pro-swtor since long before the game was released. I wanted to play this and play it for a long time. Here is what I think BW wanted in their pvp; I believe BW wanted meaningful pvp, but they failed in creating it. They failed horribly. Then they realized that you cannot have any kind of pvp between two sides (Especially in this game) so they removed it. Now they are stuck with nothing but these horrid warzones. There is no coming back from the failure that is Ilum. You cannot balance persistent pvp with unbalanced servers. Especially with realm wide rewards. So if there are no realm wide rewards; why pvp? What SWTOR is stuck with is warzones. Confined skirmishes between two teams with no rhyme or reason for their selections. You know, a team with 4 healers vs a team with none... things like that. For the longest time I had bashed GW2, which most everyone on these boards will do, but their world v world is a really good design. Something that swtor should have been looking into. An entire server working together instead of pvping against your own server and hating people of your own side. This doesnt mean to just play GW2, but if you look at their persistent pvp, it makes you want to.

The only thing worth being upset about is 16 heat kolto shield. IMO that wont go through. That or they will remove the skill... Its garbage anyways. Everything else is meh... really... getting upset about those percentages is silly.

We bugged out on this 3 or 4 times before we came here and saw its a pretty simple NSSN locking system. We havent had a problem since. There is also a great website out there that gives the sequence of the turns so you know what you have to turn... Like 2 left, 3 right, 2 left, 3 right and so on. And if you want to get to a color and you want the wheel to turn left, you hit the right station. Really simple.

If your class quest is yellow and takes you to the planet after hoth, then go. Yellow and orange are fine to do.

I dunno. I kill people just fine and I am hard as heck to kill. (Granted this is at level 36) I normally target people that are injured or almost dead. I'm there to kill people, not put up numbers. If I do fight against someone one on one, I have a basic attack (low slash... its also a great interrupt) that leads to mauls and a stun that leads to mauls. I love this class and I'm getting better with it every day.

I have kinda major things and long cooldown things on my naga buttons. Like... 1 = Recklessness 4 = Force Speed 6 = Unbreakable Will 7 = Force Cloak That is what I use atm... Will slowly add more. I just got my Naga Epic.

Why is the camera so bad? This camera is the worst camera in any mmo I have ever played. Ever heard of a camera lock? I can handle the horrid smart pivot, but no camera lock? How can you not have a camera lock? You cant even walk near any terrain without having to mess with your camera. Its awful.

I love mine... He is in his mid 20s and I wish I would have made him my first toon.

Some of the problems the OP is having sounds like what I am having in pvp. I am attributing it to an old pc more than anything. I built my current pc for warhammer online for crying out loud. I need a newer pc and I think it will even itself out. I could be wrong though. But they did see more ability lag for dual cores then for quads, so getting a quad should help.

I'm sure it is because I'm bad. I totally agree. And thank you for pointing out that I should do attacks determined by my spec. That should help.

I have recently started playing a Marauder and I have gotten him to 17. As far as pvp is and my opinion is based solely on these levels, I am a detriment to my team. I offer nothing. No CC... No decent damage... Nothing that any other class can do much better. All I can do, at this level mind you, is leap at someone, put a weak dot on them and watch myself die. So I have told my friends I will not be back into a warzone til I am 24 as I then will atleast have a choke that they will waste a trinket on. To be honest, this is the first class where I have felt useless in pvp. I mean, I am supposed to pump out damage and I cant because I am CC'd all the time and I cant even it out because I have ZERO CC. None. Where is the logic in that? I have been looking at specs and they all look like garbage. But our Marauder in our guild pumps out the deeps in pve... I dunno if I wanna wait til 40 to be decent dps or not.

In 50 brackets, ya can't be bad. I like it. The good guys beat me senseless. The bad ones get rolled. Its much more of a challenge to have good players against good players then whichever team has more lowbies, loses.

I dont think there needs to be a rollback on any valor gains as long as the valor gains still stay the same. More valor on Ilum makes pvping there more important... and if one side doesnt go there, then so be it. I'm not concerned about what other people get, I'm concerned with what I am able to get myself. Being jealous or selfish in a video game (which people are being about valor) is not something that I do. We went to Ilum yesterday on an Imperial heavy server and were wiped several times by the Republic. They all finished their dailies and left. We then had to get the ammo crates or whatever to finish. They could have stayed and kept getting great valor, but they chose not too.
