i want to become a raid/ops leader. what things do i need to know to be a good ops leader.

there 3 red matrix crystals one of em is in korriban and one is in ord mantell. so how do you collect all 3? or are there four matrix shards?

is it possible to get to ord mantel as empire? i want to collect datacrons there. as far as i know there only 3 red matrix shards and one of em in oed mantell. any knows anything about this?
