  1. I posted this on the pvp forum but I thought I'd put it here as well: I have a 65 PT AP. Full pvp gear (almost full Exemplar and full purple augments). Looking for a group/guild that pvps daily on TS and also looking for a ranked team. I play everyday. I pvp almost exclusively. If you're looking for a serious/dedicated player please let me know.

  3. Okay I got passed it. Took about 12 tries. Not sure what happened....
  4. At the beginning of the story, when you have 2 docking clamps to click on, when I click on either one, screen goes black when entering cut scene and the game just hangs indefinitely. I've tried this 8 times in a row, clicking on both clamps. I cannot continue with the story. Please help.
  5. I don't have early access, and so I don't have the quest on my ship terminal. I don't think the solo mode version of the FP will be available until Dec 9th for those of us that don't have early access.
  6. Do you have any plans to add a PVP arena system to SWTOR (2v2, 3v3, etc)? If not, what are you main concerns with this type of system and what are your reasons for keeping it out of SWTOR?
  7. You get Daily Comms from running the dailys on Ilum. Last I checked that was a world pvp zone. Nice one right back at ya.
  8. I agree with the OP. Why not put them on the vendor so we can buy them with Daily Commendations? I really have no desire to do any pve at all in this game.
  9. Please refer to this post: http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=184719
  10. Skill in playing a class has nothing to do with spamming one or two abilities over and over. Skill has to do with knowing when to use your other abilities in different situations. When to break CC, when to CC your opponent, etc.. Skill is not about how you kill, it's about how you survive. That's just my opinion, but I've been pvping in MMOs since the release of SWG and time and time again, this simple fact always shows itself to be true.
  11. I come across a lot of players calling Mercs tracer missile spammers. You see comments like "is that all you do?" and "Tracer Missile spammer". Now personally, it really doesn't bother me because I know those people have no clue why a merc spams this. They see the high damage hits and figure we are a 1 button class. Well guess what? We spam it because WE HAVE TO. You see, tracer missile gives us 3 important procs: 1) Heat Signature. Talented, we need to fire 3 Tracer Missile to get 5 Heat Signature. Heat Signature gives us a +15% damage bonus to Heatseeking Missiles. So we must spam Tracer Missile at least 3 times to get this. Heatseeking missiles is on a 1 min cooldown. 2) Tracer Lock. Tracer Lock stacks up to 5 times. We get +6% damage per point in the stack to Rail Shot (15 cooldown). We need to fire 5 tracer missiles to get max damage on rail shot. 3) Barrage Talent. Fully talented, we have a 30% chance to proc this. It will increase our Unload damage by 25%. This is consumed on use and must be restacked. 30% means 3 Tracer Missile spams on average to proc this. 4) Our other high damage dealers (heatseeking missiles, rail shot and unload) all have cooldowns. HS missiles is 1 minute and the other 2 are 15 sec each. Once our tracer lock and heat signatures are stacked, we have to fire tracer missiles over and over to reproc Barrage, or as we wait for the 15 sec/1min cooldowns on our other abilities, throwing some rapid shots (low damage dealing compared to our other abilites) in there to manage our heat. I hope this helps non mercs understand why you see the spamming. Like I said before, the comments really don't bother me and by all means keep them coming if it makes you feel better, but at least be educated on why it happens.
  12. Blazzen the game for me that didn't count was a voidstar WZ, so I don't think it's WZ specific.
  13. There have been several threads about this already. I put one in a couple of days ago in the Customer Service thread and I also saw a couple in the PVP and General Discussions threads. It's definitely an issue that's affecting many players. It happened to me again last night. I checked after my first win and it didn't count. So I logged off and back in and tried again and the wins started counting. I'm not sure if logging off and back on is a reliable solution as I just tried it once last night and it happened to work. I hope the devs are aware of this issue it would be nice to here some official feedback on this.
  14. So far no issues on my side. I've opened around 20 bags or so. I've looted the champion helmet, gloves and waist and had enough centurion comms to buy the off hand. So far so good lets see how things go in a couple of weeks. The only real problem I see is that as you fill slots, you will have more and more dup item loots from the champion bags, so I can understand the frustration when you have 2 pieces remaining and you keep looting dups over and over. The other thing I don't understand is why they are implementing the token for any piece system on the Battlemaster gear. People will have BM sets very quickly like that. Being that's the highest tier, I think they should have done that for Champion gear and left the BM gear system alone to make it harder to get a full set. Maybe it'll all make sense when we see the first real content patch/expansion that introduces T4.
