I just recently returned to SWTOR and I am no longer in a raid group. I've been in several and cleared most hm ops and some nim. So I'm looking for a raid group that can have a sentinel with good dps and a raid group that does hm content 2-3 times a week. For the curious I have a link to my parse here (mostly 220 gear). Thx for the advice. I've done a couple of parses and I've started using keybinds which got my apm up a little. Last parse I did in same gear was 3925 dps. http://parsely.io/parser/view/45778/27 Considdering my gear is lower than 186 which used to be the old dread master nim gear in which if I'm remebering correctly people used to do (at least the best ones) about 4k dps. But still we've gotten some damage and stuff from levels so don't know. At least my dps is better now thanks to apm and a little poslishing. Will be doing much much more rotation wise and will start working on the 1 million dummy. Thx:)

Just started practicing sharpshooter. But I'm a little confused because I believe I followed the guide and still I got ****** dps. My gear is mostly 180 with 186 augments and 186 barrels. I've gotten like 3.76k which I know for sure should be better. Did a rotation with my sentinel and got 4k dps with same gear. The problem is just I'm kindda done playing sentinel at least for a while and wanna try out gunslinger. So I'm really committed to getting better dps if I could just find out what I should do better. Yeah better bs earlier

I'm trying to learn focus spec and I am currently in the process of finding out what are the best rotations and when to use which abilities. I've read dulfy's guide but obviuosly there are flaws. I've heard that in full dread forged gear your focus parse should be around 3.4k dps. This is why I am asking for any 5 minutte operation dummy parse with focus spec there is out there. It would be much appreciated.

Just transfered to this server with my little sentinel to check how things are going here. My sentinel needs a bit of gearing - in underworld and arkanian. However I do have experience and I know my class - have cleared all hm content, lol not that it's hard but there you go. So whats the sweet spot? Mine is 0.5 be default - should I set it up or down?

Got my dps and apm up a little popping zen earlier than usual. 3564: http://www.torparse.com/a/683805. Even messed up a bit because I just started keybinding. But obviously the difference between 48 and 49 apm isn't equal to the difference between 3.5k and 3.8k dps. So there must be something wrong with my rotation:(

Yes I am using keybinds. Just started doing it. Dunno but I am saving zen for ps window - activating it just like 2 abilties before. Should I use it instantly?

How can I adjust the ability queue time in the game's preferences? Is that preferences -> user interface -> show tenths of second? I dont think so but can't find it...

Does anybody know how you can get your APM up? Is it purely dependent on ping or can one get it up by clicking more on abilties?

Has it been clarified what the best way to dps with combat is - dulfy or the regular that kbn suggests? Because dulfy's guide suggests using twin saber throw and dispatch before precision slash while kbn suggest using them after precision slash. I been using them after all the time but not so sure anymore. The problem with dulfy's way is that sometimes you have to wait for TST to be off cd. Besides - is it better to wait for masterstrike when you have zen or should I just pop zen when it comes up and use 4 abilities after precision slash?
