  1. Like I already said twice, I understand the problem it would generate to be able to kill the companion(as much as I want it), but they have much simpler options, just change the freakin dialog! Let me be more violent! Let me tell him I despise him and i'm letting him live to be my slave and torture him forever! There are endless possibilities, just don't pretend he didn't try to kill me and because we can't kill a companion we should accept what answers they give us. I'm a dark lord of the sith, I expect to have answers that go with that!
  2. I wasn't aware that in beta the situation was different, I didn't play beta. For me this is unacceptable! Like I said, I understand the consequeces of fully removing one of your companions (but I still would've done it!) but the options for not removing him are endless! To me a dark side answer for the situation would be at least turning the guy into a slave, putting a shock collar on him, demoting him from captain and making the whole crew aware of the situation, making them treat him like crap! Not only did I not do anything to him, but also the dialogs were completely BS! It's like he didn't do anything to me, felt like a light side dialog the whole time! I didn't even get angry besides the little choking, it was all "we will be fine, don't worry, you'll regain my trust" the whole time! Really! I was so happy with this story, it was the best I played hands down until that happened! One single event that completely destroyed it for me, now I don't even feel like reading the rest of it, might just skip all the dialogs to 50.
  3. I never got so angry in this game! Not all the bugs, glitches, lack of decent PvP or any other reason ppl like to cry about all the time! I just got to the sith warrior part of story where This is bs! Is anyone else bothered the way "we" handle the situation when it happens?
  4. I feel betrayed They nerfed the crap outta us and made it look like they didn't I have been trying the new AP but it sucks. Getting 5 stacks to turn flamethrower usefull takes painfully long and it's not even gamebreaking once you have the 5 stacks, damage is spread through the duration and people just stun/knockback once they see it Honestly, I'm happy I have other lvl 50 chars to play

  6. With the changes we still rely on RNG. It won`t take more skill to kill anyone, it will just take more time and we will overheat more. The changes don`t make any other skill better, we will still be basically using thermal detonator, flame burst/rocket punch and rail shot with an incendiary missile here and there
  7. I raid 16 man nightmare EV/KP with my PT What we do is, the tanks put guard on me for fights that could get me or other people around me killed if I pull aggro. I stay on one side of the boss while the rest of the melee stay far from me. For example the 1st boss in EV, all melee stay behind him, Ill stay on the left and the rest will stay on the right. There is no way around it. I see it as a big design flaw. Just because we could be tanks it doesn't mean we can pull aggro and live with it. Within my guild we have problems with myself and a fellow dps juggernaut pulling aggro. All 3 tank classes lack aggro reduction skills :/ Lowering my dps to reduce threat is not an option, we need the DPS and there are no tools to let me know if I lowered my dps enough to not pull aggro, our damage is bursty and random.

I appreciate your effort to calm us but let's be honest, 6 seconds with an increased chance to proc particle accelerator is not gonna make things the same for us Flame burst procs CGC, has a much bigger crit chance (tech attack) than rapid shots( Ranged attack). It does more damage than rapid shots, period. We can still spam flame burst during the 6 seconds wait, but we will add heat and after the 6 seconds are gone we still have a random chance of getting a free railshot. They said they increased the chance but its still a chance, not a sure thing. Not to mention we will probably stop using rocket punchs everytime its up, to save it for when the 6 seconds are over, further decreasing our dps. Also say goodbye to incendiary missiles unless thermal sensor override is not on cooldown. 25 heat from IM will be tough to recover without spamming rapid shots and gimping your dps. I`m saying that for those long boss fights.

The chance to trigger this effect has been increased significantly but cannot trigger more than once every 6 seconds" One thing comes to my mind after reading that. Any rocket punch used in those 6 seconds is a big waste of heat. They would still do decent damage but wouldnt proc a free railshot, making you waste a lot of damage potential + heat dissipation we had when using rocket punch as of now. Even with the bigger proc chance off flame burst, we still have 55% chance to not proc it (based on what someone said that the chance to proc off flameburst will be 45% with 1.2), and global cooldown is there to make things harder. 6 seconds + (1.5 secs * flame burst not procced) means a lot of times you will go 7.5, 9 or even 11.5+ seconds without getting a free railshot. Our chances of proccing railshot as of now are 30%, meaning we have 70% chance to not proc it off flame burst. In those 6 seconds period they they are adding we have the potential to flame burst 4 times. 70% * 70% * 70% * 70% = 24% Right now we have 24% chance to not get a free railshot in that 6 seconds period based only on flame bursts. With 1.2 we will have have 55% chance to not get it after the 6 seconds. To the people saying it will be steadier after 1.2, no it wont! Unless you forget about the 6 seconds that we could be getting free railshots as of now. 8 heat per flame burst during those 6 seconds = 32 heat built (considering you use it 4 times). This nerf is huge imo

  12. Could you run a full pyro spec since you already did simulations with dps gear? I'm curious to the difference since I'm mostly pvping and I love jet charge
  13. If you decide you like DPS and don't care for tanking or healing then you have to decide: - Do you like to spam the same ability over and over that has a silly animation (a missile coming out of your back) OR - Do you want to do shoryukens, "get over here" and set things on fire?
  14. Some people complain about dupes, I've been lvl 50 for over a week, I have opened 20+ bags and I got NOTHING! This is a crap system where X hours pvping for me equals 0 gear while for someone else it equals a full set. I have cancelled my subscription and stated that system as the sole cause. I'd be happy to pvp if there was no pvp gear at all for anyone, but if you decide to implement it don't make it random ********! My time is just as precious as anyone elses' I loved the idea someone gave: Give those devs a box as a payment. 1/10 of those boxes hold a paycheck.

Like someone said, I'm not asking to be given free stuff I just don't think it's fair that X hours doing warzones equals 0 pvp items for me while for other people it could equal 5 pieces, 10 pieces, who knows! 21 bags I opened could be 13 champion items and 8 battlemaster items for someone else, you never know! I think they should cut the crap and just say every bag gives you X comendations and every Y comendations you can buy a piece. The way it is right now: I've been lvl 50 for over a week and someone in my guild who just happened to hit 50 a few minutes ago opened his first bag and was asking in guildchat "What is [unassembled Champion Covert Tech Implant]?" This is not a joke and it really just happened.
