  1. Hey guys. Returning player here with a quick question. I just finished the last chapter of Fallen Empire, but the missions for Knights of the Eternal Throne are still gray. I used a referral link to get a free week of subscription to see if I wanted to invest in the game again and it seems to give me all the subscriber benefits so I don't think that's the problem. Does anyone know why I can't access Eternal Throne? Thanks.
  2. Hey everyone. I'm sure this is a long shot, but I just came back after a long work-related absence and my old Zakuul themed guild has fallen apart. I was just wondering if there were any other Zakuul loyalist guilds running around? Thanks.
  3. In my opinion, the Rule of Two was a plan with the goal of achieving power over the Republic and defeating the Jedi. In that regard it worked well. Where it failed was in maintaining that power. The Rule of Two was partially created out of a need for secrecy, but once the Jedi were defeated that need vanished. I think the Galactic Empire might have done better if the Emperor had adopted a more open policy towards training new Sith.
  4. Then simply don't use it? But if you want maximum immersion then I suggest you spend several hours real time in your ship while you travel because even the Millennium Falcon took a bit of time to get from Tatooine to Alderaan.
  5. That scene made me laugh, but seriously those Knights got off lucky. I'm half surprised she didn't kill three more because she decided she MIGHT like odd numbers, but then realized she was wrong and killed three more to bring it up to an even 12.
  6. Hey everyone, I'm playing through KotFE and I really like the Knights of Zakul. They kind of remind me of Imperial Knights from Legacy. I was wondering if there any Zakul based RP guilds around or if there was any interest in starting one?
  7. Hey everyone, I just got into KotFE and one of the things I really like are the Zakul Knights. They remind me a bit of the Imperial Knights from Legacy so I was wondering if there were any RP guilds based around them? Sever doesn't really matter since I have a free 60.
  8. I always thought Bioware favored the Republic. I mean as Empire player I seem to be killing my factions greatest leaders and heroes at least once every other raid.
  9. I've been leveling up my Dark Jedi Knight and been trying to think of a way to make her fit within the Republic and my thoughts turned to the Imperial Agent story and I came up with the idea of a group of Imperial loyalists hiding within in the Republic with the goal of destroying it from within. In essence the guild would mask it's activities behind criminal enterprises and piracy, but could be more accurately described as a terrorist cell operating within the Republic action on the orders of the Empire. So would anyone be interested in this type of guild?
  10. Dark Horse has done some great work with Star Wars. Dawn of the Jedi, Knights of the Old Republic, and Legacy are all great. I keep hoping for an ominbus so I don't have to track down trades of them.
  11. Thanks for the quote. This worries me though since the Makeb storyline was dropped soon after 2.0 and I'd hate to see the Revan story be dropped that quickly as well, but a lot of people have said that SoR is an improvement over RotCH so I'll hope for the best.
  12. Sorry if the title is unclear, but I was having trouble wording it. 2.0 began, I think, with Rise of the Hutt Cartel, but that storyline was concluded long before the launch of 3.0. I'm sorry to bring it up, but I think WoW handles expansions better because, for the most part, they try to keep the theme of the expansion intact. For instance, Wrath of the Lich King firmly focused on the Scourge storyline for the majority of it's time as the "main" game. I would like the Shadow of Revan story to be the focus of 3.0 and not something that's cleared up in a matter of a few months. Of course I maybe in the minority here so feel free to disagree.
  13. For some reason and maybe I just like the double alliteration, but Sith Sorcerer doesn't bother me that much. Wizard is beyond awful though.
  14. Warning: This will contain spoilers for several of the class stories. Having played through the game several times and leveled several new toons with the 12x exp event I've realized something that kind of annoys me. It seems like the Republic always comes out ahead. I've noticed that nearly every major imperial victory PCs help gain are undone by Republic PCs in the planetary arcs. As someone who prefers the Empire this is rather frustrating because it makes it seem like your actions are meaningless since Republic players simply undo them later. Furthermore, the Empire has suffered massive losses throughout the war with the betrayal of Magus and the loss of the Dread Masters whereas the Republic leadership is still relatively intact. Finally, we have the issue that both the Jedi Knight and Consular strike major blows against the Empire with the JK possibly killing the Emperor, or at least h is voice and the JC hunting down the Children of the Emperor. The Sith Warrior and Inquisitor, on the other hand, don't strike any real blows against the Republic. They merely clean up the mess caused by other Sith. The IA story may be the worst example of this though, because by the end the Empire is in a weaker spot than when the player started since Imperial Intelligence is dismantled. I know the Empire gained Makeb and Isotope-5, but other than that they've had no real major victories and I think the story would benefit from a stronger Empire. What do you all think?
  15. Well that's why I think it should be restricted to legacy level 20 or 25. That way new players couldn't use it, but people who have several 55's could benefit from it if they wanted.
