English is not my first language, excuse my grammatical errors. I left SWTOR the first month after release and returned 3 weeks ago. I´m not a guild person but I generally do like grouping if people are nice. It's fine if there is content thats tailored for guilds (Operations), I will never see this content but I don't care if there are other things to do for me. After reading the forum I´m a little depressed to see threads from latecomers like me who missed the first wave and having a hard time finding players to do some content now. 2 examples: The Macrobinocular and Seeker droid quests The +10 Datacron on the Fleet Both examples were easy to do if you did it while it was fresh, now it is very hard if you don't have a large and/or helpful guild. Whats worse, both examples are "artifical" hard as if you want to make it extra frustrating or timeconsuming for small guilds or guildless (hours of spamming the chat for help) because there is no easy way to find the few poor souls who needs the same. My suggestion: Don't make it hard for latecomers to do old content, here is an easy rule: trivialize content if almost nobody is doing it anymore. The +10 Datacron is a good example, I see no way to reach it without paying a guild to help me because most people already have it. Of course, we can discuss if not having access to the +10 Datacron is gimping my character but that's not the point. Let skill and gear decide if I´m able to do a Flashpoint or Heroic 4, in my opinion it's bad content design if you artificially gate the content with "4 people have to press the button the same time" checks. If we can do it with 2 or 3 people, why stop us, maybe we like the challenge?

Yes, I´m pausing my sub until BW gets healing right. It's not fun to be a free kill if nobody is guarding you.

I bet the healers giving you trouble are guarded. (Solo)Healing in PvP is too weak, if you have one good DPS on you, you die very fast.

Fellow healers, it's futile to argue in a forum where 90%+ are playing DPS classes. Either stop playing a healer or unsubscribe, BW will notice that something is wrong. I´m having not much fun PvP healing. I´ll try DPS next but I doubt it's fun for me. After that I´ll take a break from SWTOR until BW balances healing.

I guess you are referring to my post. You are right I´m really lucky because with one click I can respec to DPS and can play with the cool kids again. This game is punishing me for healing, no problem, I won't heal - problem solved.

I think his guide is funny because I rolled a healer to heal and not to tickle others with my uber DPS...

Do you have a youtube video or something? I tried killing DPS and yes it worked if they are fresh 50s or below. If not, well, they stun my and if my CC-breaker is not up I´m dead when the stun wears of.

Thanks to the people who are criticizing constructively, I appreciate that. I came to this game with the belief I can stand against a DPS at least until my force is empty (this happens fast enough if I burst heal) Obviously this is not the case. Well, I´m not a complete n00b, I know I have other tools I can use and I used them. The only tool that was reasonably effective to date is running If DPS is sneezing in my direction. Obviously the game is not the problem, I am and I will adapt, I go the DPS route because I really like SWTOR. I really hope for you DPS I´m the only one thinking that way, because, you know, you will need healers to do other content.

Yes, I´m waiting for the next balance patch, If the healers in this game are really designed to be canon fodder for DPS I will respec...
