A not-on-rails space sim with the depth of X-wing vs Tie fighter, or JTL. A swoop racing sim that other players could "gamble" on. A third faction for neutrals or hutts added, with a way to switch factions. Real world space for player /guild housing, and possibly a SWG politician style city creation. Player designed content and a WP/SS tank?
